Coming up we have a featherweight MMA rules bout between Benjamin Nemo (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and James Holt (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Holt has chosen All Along the Watchtower - Bear McCreary as his entrance music. Both fighters look fresh as a daisy as they make their way towards the cage.

The judges for this bout are Steve Smith, Elvis Blanc and Ian Loll.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Holt slips a straight right by Nemo.
Holt takes a hook to the side of the head. I wonder if that's got his ears ringing.
Nemo sizes up Holt with a pawing jab and scores with a straight right down the middle.
Nemo lands with an uppercut that bounces Holt off the cage and back into rage.
Nemo thows a body shot but no joy.

and Holt counters with a thumping low kick.

Holt throws a sloppy head kick and Nemo moves out of range easily.

Nemo bobs and weaves and throws out a fast jab that snaps Holt's head backwards.

Holt takes a jab right on the nose. That must have hurt but he shrugs his shoulders and looks to return the favor.
Both fighters are absolutely exhausted here.

Nemo lunges at Holt with a hook that half lands and is half blocked by Holt's hand.

James Holt is looking to throw some combinations by the looks of things.
Holt gets cracked with a nice right hand there by Nemo.

Nemo is the aggressor but that punch slipped nicely by Holt.

Holt has one foot on Nemo's thigh - he pushes off and manages to get back to his feet.

Nemo is really head hunting here, hardly looking to strike to the body at all.

and Nemo takes a counter punch right on the button for his troubles.
Nemo looks to land a left hand but Holt moved out of range nicely.

enabling Holt to counter with a crisp jab.
The crowd cheering loudly, showing their appreciation for the quality fight we're seeing here.

Holt does a little shimmy and throws a leg kick. The leg kick missed by a considerable margin though, making him look a little bit silly for doing the shimmy.

Nemo closes the distance and clinches up with Holt, looking for a takedown. Nemo pushes Holt against the cage but Holt circles to the side and manages to break the clinch.
Holt fakes high and swings low for a body shot but Nemo manages to avoid it.
