And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 3 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Sydney, Temudjin Khan!
The judges for this bout are Lou da Vinci, David Schapiro and Jorge Garcia.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Khan scores with a straight right hand, right through his opponent's guard.
Gillespie definitely looks more muscular than last time we saw him fight.

Gillespie closes the distance and presses his opponent up against the cage.
Khan throws a blind hook that connects with the side of Gillespies head.
Khan pushes Gillespie back against the cage and lands a hook to the side of the head.
Khan looks more muscular than last time we saw him. He must have been on the weights.
A right handed body shot lands from Khan.
Gillespie is looking to break free of the clinch but Khan has double underhooks.
Gillespie tries to pull guard but Khan holds him up against the cage and eventually Gillespie drops back down to his feet.

Khan breaks the clinch and we're back to striking at distance.

Gillespie closes the distance, clinches up and gets a nice trip takedown into side control. Very smooth.
