Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 11 - 8 - 0, fighting out of New York, Peoples Champion!
The judges for this bout are Trevor Gratis, Alec Ball and Steve Smith.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Champion takes one on the button.
The fighters circling - Okafor throws out the jab but it was never going to land.
Champion cracks Okafor with a big right hand and Okafor goes down!
It looks like John Okafor has been cut.
Champion wants to stand but Okafor is controlling his posture from full guard.
Champion trying to control but Okafor is working from the bottom.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.
Okafor is controlling Champion's posture.
Okafor is working from a closed guard but he's struggling to control his opponent.
Okafor keeping moving, preventing Champion from controlling successfully.
The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so!
Champion content to sit in guard, stalling... Great. Oh but he could get punished here because Okafor has locked up a guillotine! Okafor's face is contorted as he sqeezes tight on the submission attempt - will he finish? Champion is holding on here and Okafor must be using up a lot of energy. Champion has gone limp! He's out! He's out cold! Okafor gets to his feet, tossing aside his stricken foe. Arms raised, he milks the applause from the crowd. Great submission!

A relieved looking John Okafor thanked the fans for their support and gave the usual line about them being amazing. They seemed to believe that he actually meant it.
