Coming up we have a featherweight MMA rules bout between Hatake Kakashi (ranked 2463 p4p, 6279 weight class) and Norris Chow (ranked 258 p4p, 478 weight class). Hatake Kakashi has the better chin. Will he look to stand and bang today?

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the featherweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 6 - 3 - 0, fighting out of Sydney, Hatake Kakashi!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 7 - 14 - 1, fighting out of Tokyo, Norris Chow!
The judges for this bout are Dillan Fox, Trevor Gratis and Elvis Blanc.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Kakashi looks to score with a jab to the body but Chow is just out of range.
Chow throws a leg kick which misses Kakashi's front leg but catches the back leg as Kakashi tries to avoid it.
Chow throws a right high kick that is partially blocked by Kakashi.

It looks like Hatake Kakashi has been cut.
Kakashi throws a couple of head shots and lands with the final one - a decent hook, which struck Chow on the side of the head.
Kakashi's jab looks to have found its range, popping Chow under the eye.
Chow is looking to slow Kakashi down with leg kicks.
Kakashi pushing out the jab but it's not landing.
Chow lets it all go there with a big combo counter but none of the punches connected.

Chow changes levels and looks for a double leg takedown. Kakashi tries to avoid it but Chow manages to keep hold of a leg and drag Kakashi to the ground. Kakashi escapes though and pops straight back up to his feet.
Hatake Kakashi has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Norris Chow.
Chow tries for a takedown but Kakashi sees it coming a mile off and avoids it easily.

The fighters are starting to get a bit slippery now, which will make submissions a bit more difficult.

That was a close round but I would say that Hatake Kakashi will probably get the nod.

Chow fakes an overhand right and shoots for a takedown. Kakashi sprawls well initially but Chow persists and gets the takedown into half guard.

Kakashi is looking to regain full guard. Not this time though.

Chow is sneakily working for an arm triangle but Kakashi sees it coming and defends easily.

Kakashi is going to have to think about doing something other than just controlling because Chow is managing to avoid having the position dictated to him.

Chow is looking for a kimura. It's going to be difficult to finish that from half guard though and Kakashi defends it well.

Chow wants to sweep but no luck.
Kakashi stands up and looks to throw the legs aside to pass to side control. Chow swivels though and keeps the full guard.

Kakashi avoids a guillotine attempt easily.
Chow takes a big intake of breath there - he's definitely tired.

Chow working from the bottom, still in full guard. He's managed to get a loose triangle. Kakashi doesn't seem to be doing much to defend here, obviously he feels comfortable in the position. Kakashi manages to throw the legs off his shoulder and he's back into guard - no problem.

And that's the end of the fight!
That was a close round. You could make an argument for either fighter but I would give it to Hatake Kakashi.
I think Kakashi has won this one but let's see what the judges have to say. Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.
