The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Anderson throws a right and a left that Rodd avoids nicely.
Anderson misses with a wild combination.
Anderson shoots in looking for a takedown but Rodd manages to keep the fight standing, pushing Anderson's face into the canvas for good measure before circling away.
Anderson gets taken down but at least he's managed to land in guard.

We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.

Anderson has left one of his arms exposed and Rodd doesn't need a second invitation. He's isolated it and locked on a tight armbar. Anderson screams and taps out, obviously in a lot of pain. Hopefully there isn't permanent damage to that arm.
