The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Smith misses with a body kick.
Smith connects with a single shot there.
Nice body punch from Longo.
Longo throws out a loose jab but Smith uses good head movement to avoid it.
A left lands for Smith.
Smith lands with a kick to the ribs.
Longo misses with a head kick.
Smith misses with the combination.
Smith just manages to avoid a counter high kick fromLongo.
Smith throws a jab but it's blocked by Longo.
Longo throws an ugly left hook that misses

and Smith counters with a nice right hand that sends Longo toppling to the canvas! Longo scrambles and gets back to his feet - can Smith finish him?!

Longo is rocked!
We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out!
Longo switches off momentarily and Smith cracks him with a monster right hand! Longo topples backwards and makes a semi conscious attempt to cover up, as Smith dives in to land one more shot, before the referee has time to call the fight. What a finish by Smith!
