Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the welterweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 10 - 6 - 0, fighting out of Montreal, Sparky Anderson!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 23 - 15 - 0, fighting out of St Petersburg, Bon Adrien De Moncey!
The judges for this bout are Ian Loll, Yves DeLean and Robert Douchet.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Anderson stuffs the takedown.
De Moncey looks for a takedown here. Will he get it? Anderson is fending him off so far but De Moncey persists. Nope, Anderson circles away and we're back to standing.

De Moncey is trying hard to land a takedown here. Anderson sprawls well and keeps this one on the feet.
De Moncey shoots in for a takedown. "Ole!" shouts Anderson as he jumps to the side.

Anderson gets a clinch.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.
The referee is keeping an eye on Anderson - much more stalling and he will separate the fighters.
Anderson struggles to land a body shot inside as De Moncey controls his hands.
De Moncey jumps guard but Anderson stands there with De Moncey around his waist. De Moncey gives up and drops back to his feet. We remain in the clinch.

Anderson has had enough of the clinch but De Moncey keeps him there for the moment.

De Moncey tries a knee to the head but Anderson blocks it.
Anderson's corner are urging him to control the action in the clinch for a moment, rather than mount any serious offense. I'm sure the crowd appreciate those instructions... not.

Anderson wants to break the clinch but can't.

There's not a lot going on here and the crowd are letting the fighters know they're not willing to tolerate a lack of action.

Anderson will no doubt start fighting again in a minute but for now he's just having a little rest, leaning De Moncey up against the cage.

Anderson's corner calls for him to break the clinch, which he does.

De Moncey changes levels and looks for a double leg takedown. Anderson tries to avoid it but De Moncey manages to keep hold of a leg and drag Anderson to the ground. Anderson escapes though and pops straight back up to his feet.

Anderson throws a right hand that De Moncey ducks under and follows up with a left that De Moncey also avoids with ease.

De Moncey shoots in for a takedown. He's persisting with it as Anderson sprawls well. Anderson wins this battle and keeps the fight standing. De Moncey gets slowly back to his feet.
Anderson looked to counter with a high kick but didn't commit.
Anderson really does look like a pencil wearing a pair of gloves. Let's hope he has a gameplan to suit that ridiculous body shape.
