Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the lightweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

The judges for this bout are Steve Montenegro, Bruno Lombardi and Reed Andrews.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Spears darts in looking for a takedown but Sleeth gets double underhooks and turns Spears into the cage.
Spears looks exhausted already! Oh dear, he should have come in in better shape than this!
Spears looking to throw knees to the head but Sleeth is blocking nicely.
Spears is trying to work for a single leg takedown but Sleeth pulls him back up using the underhooks.
Sleeth tries to pull guard but Spears won't allow it.
Spears can't get the takedown.

Sleeth has a body lock and is looking for a takedown. Spears is bouncing around trying to prevent the takedown and somehow he has indeed managed to stay on his feet.
Sleeth has picked Spears up - he's going for a ride! Sleeth dumps his opponent to the mat with a thud and settles into half guard.
Spears is trying to escape back to his feet but Sleeth uses the scramble to pass into side control.
