Coming up we have a heavyweight MMA rules bout between Jason Hightower (ranked 93 p4p, 69 weight class) and Camaras Account (ranked 17 p4p, 13 weight class). Hightower comes to the cage accompanied by The Power. Over to our ring announcer for the fighter introductions!

And introducing the challenger to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 16 - 4 - 0, fighting out of St Petersburg, Camaras Account!
The judges for this bout are James Glass, Phil Schofield and Daniel Bishop.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Hightower thuds his shin into the meat of Account's side.
Hightower throws a nice looking combination but Account bobs and weaves to avoid any damage.
Account feints a straight left to the body, then turns around with a flashy move and hits Hightowers jaw with a dramatic spinning back fist!
Hightower connects with a leg kick.
Hightower wants to slow Account down by chopping away at his legs.
Account lets it all go there with a big combo counter but none of the punches connected.
Account uses decent footwork to sidestep a right hand from Hightower.
Account looks like he wants to counter punch here.
Account slips under a jab.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.
A big right from Hightower misses.
And an attempted straight right on the counter from Account! But no joy.
Hightower throws a leg kick which misses Account's front leg but catches the back leg as Account tries to avoid it.
Jason Hightower seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.

Hightower's jab looks to have found its range, popping Account under the eye.
Account misses with a hook.
Hightower is looking to counter punch.
Hightower uses good head movement to avoid the hook from Account.
Account takes a body punch that cleary hurt but he's trying not to show any weakness.
Hightower swings widly with a right hand
and Account counters with a lovely straight right hand!

A solid leg kick lands there for Hightower.

Hightower lands a good knee to the midsection. Account won't want to take too many of those.

Account looks to score with a jab to the body but Hightower is just out of range.
Hightower buckles his opponent's knee momentarily with a nice leg kick.
Account misses with a wild body shot.
Hightower getting the better of the striking in that exchange.

It looks like Camaras Account has been cut.
Account misses with a straight left.

Hightower has taken the fight to the clinch.
Hightower using the Thai plumb to throw knees but Account has his back arched nicely, preventing the strike.
Account blocking some punches.
Account blocks an uppercut.
Hightower lands a knee to the body.
Account throws a punch but it's blocked by Hightower.
Hightower fails to land with a short punch on the inside.
Kneeeeees! The crowd are calling for knees to the body. Hightower obliges.
Account looks winded!
Hightower lands with a quick shot inside that doesn't really do much damage.
Hightower lands a left hand.

Account lands a right hand.
Hightower lands a right uppercut that snaps the head of Account backwards.
Wooooo! Give it up for these two warriors! They are putting on a show!

Account pushes off and circles away, back to the middle of the mat.
Account throws out a token jab with nothing on it.
Hightower was looking to counter that move with a punch but didn't quite pull the trigger.
Hightower tries a switch kick but it misses it's target.

Hightower uses good footwork to avoid the strikes from Account.
Account throws a jab when Hightower was well out of range.
Account misses with the combination.
Account connects nicely with a jab. Noted by the judges no doubt.
Hightower misses with a straight right.
Account looks like he wants to counter punch here.
Hightower misses with a lunging right hand
and Account counters with an outside leg kick.
And that is the end of the round. The fighters go back to their corners.

Jason Hightower dominated that round.

OK. That's time! The bell goes and we're back to the action.

Hightower fakes a couple of low kicks, before throwing one on the third attempt. It connects and Account has to reset his feet before getting ready to engage.
Hightower scores with a sloppy right hand. Account should have avoided that one.
Hightower drops a shoulder and throws an uppercut that cracks Account right on the button. Account goes down! Hightower follows him to the mat and finishes the job with more strikes! Hightower gets the win via TKO!

After winning the bout, Jason Hightower thanked all his fans and promised he'd do even better in his next fight. The crowd seemed to love his humility.
