Woulfe goes for a double leg but Graham avoids the attempt and the two fighters end up clinched against the cage as Graham continues to drive forward.

Woulfe drops down looking to force a counter takedown but Graham defends it well.

The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.
Graham postures up and throws a massive shot that knocks Woulfe out cold! Two more strikes to his unconscious opponent for good luck and this one is all over! Graham goes absolutely crazy with his corner! Wow, you can see how much that win means to him!
