The judges for this bout are Emerson Jorge, Paulo Santos and Seu Braga.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

Sakura feints a jab promting Petrov to slip. Sakura then demonstrates his capabilities by jabbing again. Petrov slips again and ducks right into an uppercut.
Petrov throws out a powerful jab.
Petrov throws a series of punches but Sakura avoids them all with ease.

We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.
Petrov goes to the watering hole and comes back with a big thumbs up from the judges as he scores a three punch combo.
Sakura with poor footwork there. He got himself in a bit of a tangle, enabling Petrov to score with a decent uppercut.

No joy there for Petrov, who threw a few shots but didn't land.

Petrov on the receiving end of a decent leg kick there by Sakura. Sakura obviously looking to wear him down.
Wooooo! Give it up for these two warriors! They are putting on a show!

Petrov is a painfully thin specimen of a man. You do wonder whether a good body kick would snap him clean in two.

Sakura uses good footwork to avoid the strikes from Petrov.

Petrov clobbers Sakura with an overhand right that has the crowd gasping. That made a horrendous noise.

Peter Petrov showed his class in that round. I'd imagine he'll take it on all the scorecards.
The fighters' corners scream their final instructions, as the referee calls time. Here we go, back to the action! This is the final round!

Peter Petrov comfortably won the final round on my scorecard.
Well Petrov has outworked and out performed his opponent in all aspects of the game today. He was simply too good and the decision should be no more than a formality. Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.
