Coming up we have a bantamweight kickboxing rules bout between Raniel Mancuso (ranked 3448 p4p, 25195 weight class) and Capitan Fairtex (ranked 171 p4p, 272 weight class). Mancuso's ring entrance music is that housewives' favourite, O Retrô Ativo - Heróis do Status Quo. Over to our ring announcer for the fighter introductions!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the bantamweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 3 - 1 - 0, fighting out of Amsterdam, Raniel Mancuso!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 2 - 2 - 0, fighting out of Tokyo, Capitan Fairtex!
The judges for this bout are Emerson Jorge, Alexandre Firmino and Edson Gomes.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

Mancuso drives through and clinches with Fairtex against the ropes.

Mancuso breaks the clinch.
Fairtex takes a punch to the jaw and another one to the bread basket.

Mancuso clinches with his opponent.

Fairtex manages to break the clinch.
A head kick misses from Fairtex.
Mancuso is looking for a counter combo.
Mancuso throws a nice head kick!

Mancuso looks low and kicks high, catching Fairtex right on the side of the head, sending him crashing to the canvas! Will he be able to beat the count? 3,4,5 - he's already back to his feet and ready to go! Let's see if he's still with it!

Fairtex is rocked!
Wooooo! Give it up for these two warriors! They are putting on a show!
Mancuso misses with a half-hearted attempt at a head kick.
Fairtex is still on wobbly legs! Can Mancuso finish him?
Fairtex tries to clinch but Mancuso moves out of range.
Fairtex seems to have recovered his senses.
Some bone on bone action there as Fairtex checks a low kick. Luckily it wasn't a particularly hard one.
Fairtex throws a body shot but no joy.
Fairtex tries to close the distance and clinch up but Mancuso swats him away and circles back towards the center.
Fairtex fails to land with a series of punches.
Mancuso really does look like a pencil wearing a pair of gloves. Let's hope he has a gameplan to suit that ridiculous body shape.
Mancuso lands with a slapping head kick.
The fight stays on the outside here - Fairtex looks like he's thinking about clinching though.
Mancuso went nuts there looking for a big combo counter but none of the flurry connected.

That's one minute gone in the round.
A combination from Fairtex does no damage.
Crunch! Mancuso slams his shin into Fairtex's torso.
Mancuso throws a sloppy head kick and Fairtex moves out of range easily.
Fairtex backs away from a small jab... but Mancuso lunges forward with a huge superman punch! Fairtex crumples to the ground as his mouth piece is sent flying! Mancuso with a spectacular finish!

Ladies and gentlemen, after 1:18 of round 1, we have a winner by way of KO (Superman Punch). Raniel Mancuso!
Raniel Mancuso spent the whole post fight interview bigging himself up. It didn't go down that well with the fans after a while as they thought it was a bit arrogant.
