Coming up we have a heavyweight MMA rules bout between Max Planck (ranked 2244 p4p, 3279 weight class) and Ku Kaanaana (ranked 300 p4p, 405 weight class). Rumors backstage are that the fighters have been paid to keep it standing but we know that would never happen in MMA!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 4 - 1 - 0, fighting out of London, Max Planck!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 6 - 1 - 0, fighting out of Los Angeles, Ku Kaanaana!
The judges for this bout are Ian Loll, Alec Ball and Dillan Fox.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Kaanaana looks for a takedown but Planck sprawls well.
Kaanaana fails with a takedown attempt from distance.
Ku Kaanaana seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Kaanaana will have to do better than that with his takedown attempts.
Max Planck has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Ku Kaanaana.
Kaanaana changes levels and looks for a double leg takedown. Planck tries to avoid it but Kaanaana manages to keep hold of a leg and drag Planck to the ground. Planck escapes though and pops straight back up to his feet.
Planck lands a jab. Then a cross. Then finally a nice hook to the body. Good work there by Planck.
It looks like Ku Kaanaana has been cut.
Kaanaana throws a monster uppercut resembling something out of street fighter but it doesn't land.
Planck is looking to counter punch.
Kaanaana with a lazy takedown attempt
and Planck counters with a nice right hand that sends Kaanaana toppling to the canvas! Kaanaana scrambles and gets back to his feet - can Planck finish him?!
Planck looks to have improved his striking defense since last time we saw him fight.
We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out!
Kaanaana is wiping some vaseline out of his eye. Planck doesn't give a rats ass about fair play and cracks him with a massive hook to the side of the head! Kaanaana crumples to the floor out cold! The cornerman is going to be in Kaanaana's bad books for that mishap!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 0:34 of round 1, we have a winner by way of KO (Punch). Max Planck!
