The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Frost tries to clinch up but Nilly circles away and keeps his distance.
Frost is looking to clinch but Nilly is avoiding it.
Frost is looking to take this fight into the clinch.
Nilly doesn't fully commit to the body shot counter.
Nilly shoots for a double leg takedown but Frost sprawls well. He's pushed Nilly's face into the mat and manages to get back to his feet relatively easily.

Nilly closes the distance and clinches.

Frost drops Nilly with a big knee straight up the middle! Nilly is covering up against the cage but manages to escape and gets back to his feet!
