The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

Hohol shoots in from a long way out. He's driving through with the takedown attempt and he eventually gets it, landing in Kurokawa's guard.
Hohol has to be careful here, sitting in the guard of a superior BJJ player.
Hohol connects with a couple of short punches.
Hohol postures up and lands some nice ground and pound.
Kurokawa looks more muscular than last time we saw him. He must have been on the weights.
Hohol throwing shots from guard but he's hitting more mat than opponent.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.
Hohol passes easily into side control. Nice work.
Hohol lands a knee to the body and follows it up with some ground and pound to the head. That will wear Kurokawa down.

Kurokawa takes an elbow right on the bridge of the nose and winces in pain.
Kurokawa tries to bench press Hohol off him but Hohol keeps the position.
Kurokawa managing to avoid any damage from the strikes thrown by Hohol.
Hohol looks up at the clock and then as Kurokawa takes his cue and looks up at the clock too, Hohol smacks him right in the chops with a big elbow! How rude!
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.
Hohol is putting a hurting on Kurokawa here, landing some big shots from side control.
This has been an exciting period of action!
Kurokawa is looking for a sweep.
Both fighters have adopted an aggressive gameplan on the ground!
Hohol is working Kurokawa over with some ground and pound from side control.
Hohol in side control lands a nice looking series of punches and elbows.

Kurokawa manages to work his way to half guard, despite Hohol's best efforts.

Kurokawa escapes his hips to the side and looks to be working for an armbar. Hohol gives him a little smile and shakes his head. No chance.

Hohol slows down the pace of the fight for a moment. He'll need to remain active if he doesn't want to see the fight stood back up.
Kurokawa doesn't do any damage with a couple of strikes from the bottom.

The fighters are going at a pretty good pace and they're both starting to sweat now.
Hohol avoids a guillotine attempt easily.

Hohol is posturing up here but Kurokawa has hold of an arm and he's gone for an armbar! Hohol tries to roll out but it's too tight and Hohol has to tap! Slick submission there by Kurokawa!
