The judges for this bout are Mauricio Rocha, Alexandre Firmino and Felipe Paraventi.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Spud connects with a nice looking jab.
Nagibatel looking to take his opponent's legs away with the low kicks.
Spud scores with a nice one two combo and darts back out of range to avoid anything coming in the opposite direction.
Nagibatel connects with a lovely jab that went straight through the gap between Spud's hands.
Spud throws a right hand that misses
and Nagibatel counters with a straight right hand.
Lyoha Nagibatel seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Nagibatel feints and then cracks Spud's leading leg with a nice low kick. He's obviously looking to slow Spud down.
Nagibatel throws an ugly left hook that misses
and Spud counters with a nice uppercut.

Spud misses with an uppercut. Nagibatel saw that one coming.

Nagibatel walks straight into a jab right on the nose. That one stung - he's blinking and trying to clear his head.
Spud tries to check a leg kick but that clearly hurt him.
Spud throws a hook but Nagibatel blocks it.
Spud misses with a body kick.
An inside leg kick from Nagibatel misses.
Nagibatel connects with a crisp jab.
Nagibatel moves his head to the side to avoid a jab but walks straight into a cross.
Spud misses with a wild body shot.
Spud misses with a two punch combination.

Spud is moving around nicely and scores here with a single head shot.
Nagibatel gets cracked there but stands up to it.
Nagibatel fakes with a right hand and throws a good leg kick, right into the thigh. That had to hurt Spud.
Spud staying out of range there.
Spud might want to mix his strikes up a bit more. He's just going for head shots at the moment and that can become a bit predictable.
Spud throws a combination that misses
and Nagibatel counters with a nice uppercut.
Nagibatel is using his height advantage well here, landing a good percentage of his punches.

Nagibatel wants to land a leg kick but Spud is out of range.
Nagibatel misses with an uppercut
and Spud connects with a straight left hand counter down the middle.

Spud connects with a lovely right hand, straight down the pipe.
Oh Nagibatel is still all over the place! His legs are completely gone! Will he be able to recover?!!
Spud weaves into range and cracks Nagibatel right on the temple with a beautiful overhand right! Nagibatel goes down! He's out cold! Wow, what a beautiful knockout! Spud is strutting round the canvas like a movie star as the camera bulbs flash frantically.
