Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the bantamweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 6 - 3 - 0, fighting out of Hilo, Ryan Wizard!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 2 - 4 - 0, fighting out of Hilo, Bob Killer!
The judges for this bout are Lou da Vinci, Franklyn Lucas and Russell Pearce.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Killer uses some good footwork to avoid the body shot by Wizard.
Wizard swings away but doesn't land with a series of punches.
Killer drops down looking to force a counter takedown but Wizard defends it well.
Wizard scores with a sloppy right hand. Killer should have avoided that one.
Wizard gets the takedown into side control.
Wizard tries for a kimura. Not really close to a finish though.
Wizard is looking to finish here, going for an Americana. Killer knows the correct defense though, so he's OK.
Killer is trying to stand back up. He's worked his way up against the cage but Wizard has just dragged him back down to the mat.
You can see the frustration on Killer's face, being in this tough position on the bottom.

The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.
Wizard is working to tighten his grip on Killer's neck. He's isolated an arm and is working for an arm triangle. Killer has recognised the danger and is trying to turn with the submission but Wizard is really squeezing tight and eventually Killer passes out! Wizard breaks the hold and jumps onto the cage to celebrate! Submission of the night, I'd say!

After winning the bout, Ryan Wizard thanked all his fans and promised he'd do even better in his next fight. The crowd seemed to love his humility.
