Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Limu Emu (ranked 5033 p4p, 4082 weight class) and Larry Underwood (ranked 551 p4p, 495 weight class). Limu Emu has the better chin. Will he look to stand and bang today?

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the light heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 1 - 2 - 0, fighting out of Helsinki, Limu Emu!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 4 - 5 - 0, fighting out of Montreal, Larry Underwood!
The judges for this bout are Dean Styles, David Schapiro and Joseph Jones.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Underwood drops his hands and takes a jab to the jaw for his troubles.
Emu drives through and clinches with Underwood against the cage.
Emu stays in close to his opponent and throws a right hand to the body.
Emu goes for a body shot but it's blocked.
A nice left hand lands by Emu.
Underwood pressing his opponent against the cage.
Emu has Underwood pressed against the cage, preventing Underwood from circling away and getting back to striking at range.
I was talking to Emu's coach per-fight and he was telling me that they'd been working on the clinch in the runup to this fight.
Emu presses Underwood against the cage and delivers a mid-strength body shot.
Emu lands a left hand that snaps the head of Underwood backwards.
Still in the clinch, Emu scores with a nice short uppercut.

Underwood gets caught napping as Emu dives in and scores a takedown. Underwood manages to retain guard.

The corners get their ten second warning. Both fighters stand from their stools and stare each other down, ready to get back to the action.
A jab from Underwood does it's job there.
Underwood gets his head snapped back by a nice shot there.

Emu moves into the clinch successfully.
Emu goes for a body shot but it's blocked.

Underwood swings wildly with a couple of big hooks
and Emu counters with a nice shoot takedown that brings the fighters to the ground.
Underwood working from the bottom, still in full guard. He's managed to get a loose triangle. Emu doesn't seem to be doing much to defend here, obviously he feels comfortable in the position. Emu manages to throw the legs off his shoulder and he's back into guard - no problem.

Limu Emu overall seems to be getting the better of the ground position in the fight so far.
Emu tries for an arm triangle. That looks pretty tight to me. Is this one over!?! Possibly, maybe, no Emu has let go of the choke. Obviously it wasn't as tight as we thought!

The crowd are hurling abuse towards the fighters... You can hardly blame them though because there isn't a lot going on in the fight.

Emu uses good footwork to get in and out and land a nice right hand before Underwood has time to react.
Underwood is throwing a lot of body shots here, looking to wear down Emu rather than just go for the knockout.
