Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Michael Lee (ranked 5920 p4p, 6001 weight class) and Chaikka Chai (ranked 613 p4p, 620 weight class). On his way into the cage it seems that Michael Lee has been attacked by a crazed fan! It looks like it might have been the just bleed guy! Luckily Michael Lee seems to be OK! I thought that lunatic was in prison!?

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the light heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 0 - 1 - 0, fighting out of London, Chaikka Chai!
The judges for this bout are Jack Bonds, Don Winkell and Timothy Bukovac.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

Lee moves into the clinch successfully.
Lee avoiding damage as Chai throws knees to the body.

Lee lands a short shot on the inside that snaps the head of Chai backwards.
Lee throws a blind hook that connects with the side of Chais head.
Chai scores with a hook to the body.
Chai pushes off an throws an elbow but Lee leans to the side and avoids it. We're back to clinching against the cage.
Chai is trying to maintain a safe position but Lee gets an underhook and turns Chai into the cage.
Chai misses with some punches.

and Chai counters with a stiff right hand.

It looks like Michael Lee has been cut.
Lee pulls out of a head kick attempt.

The referee is keeping an eye on Lee - much more stalling and he will separate the fighters.

It looks like Chaikka Chai has been cut.

Lee gets through Chai's defenses to land a nice punch to the side of the head.
Lee swings wildly with an uppercut but Chai uses good head movement to avoid it.
Lee is pushing Chai up against the cage, for a bit of lean and pray action. Action being used the in the loosest possible sense of the word.
Chai looks like he'd prefer to be striking at range right now.
Chai wants to push off and get back to the center of the mat but Lee has him pressed against the cage.
And that is the end of the round. The fighters go back to their corners.
