Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the super heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 7 - 8 - 1, fighting out of Las Vegas, Righteous Crusader !
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 14 - 26 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, Sota Sankari!
The judges for this bout are Cecil Peabody, Stewart Dunkirk and Robert Twigg.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Left hook, right uppercut from Crusader .
Crusader stooping low to avoid any incoming strikes and then lunges in with an uppercut come cross that lands flush.

Crusader clinches up with Sankari and pushes him back against the ropes.
Sankari misses with an elbow over the top.
The referee calls for Crusader to work.
The two fighters are working to gain dominance in the clinch.
Sankari misses with a hook to the ribs.
Crusader pushes Sankari back against the ropes and unloads with a body punch.
Sankari can't find room to land a body shot as Crusader controls the action.

Crusader manages to break the clinch.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.

Crusader moves into range and clinches up with Sankari.
Sankari wants to get back to striking at distance but Crusader won't allow it.

Crusader breaks the clinch and we're back to striking at distance.

Crusader closes the distance and clinches.
Crusader manages to get underhooks and slows down the pace for a moment.

That's one minute gone in the round.
Crusader landing knees to the body. They look like they could hurt.
Good body shot from Crusader .
Crusader definitely looks more muscular than last time we saw him fight.

Crusader 's corner calls for him to break the clinch, which he does.

Crusader forces Sankari back against the ropes and clinches.

Crusader pushes off and circles away, back to the middle of the mat.
Sankari wants to clinch but Crusader slips to the side
and Crusader cracks him with a counter punch right on the button.
Sankari looks winded!

Crusader darts in and clinches Sankari up against the ropes.

Crusader escapes the clinch and we're back to striking.

Crusader drops a shoulder and throws a biiiig uppercut that drops Sankari onto his butt! Sankari pops straight back to his feet to convince the referee that he's OK to continue.

It looks like Sota Sankari has been cut.
The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so!
Crusader throws an overhand right that has Sankari reeling! Crusader follows up with more punches and Sankari is out cold! This one is all over!

Ladies and gentlemen, after 1:56 of round 1, we have a winner by way of KO (Punches). Righteous Crusader !
