Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the bantamweight division.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

The judges for this bout are Skip Squint, John Mangel and Ben Watson.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Nice straight punches there by Chai. You know Roy Jones Jr respects the hands of Chai.
Metharom throws a hard body shot but it just misses.
Chai appears to be looking for a counter takedown.
A swing and a miss from Metharom.
Metharom stuffs the takedown attempt from Chai. Chai gets slowly back to his feet.
And an attempted straight right on the counter from Metharom! But no joy.
Chai has been talking about how he's improved his wrestling in the run up to the fight so let's see if that's enough to sway the balance.
Metharom throws a combination but comes up with nothing but fresh air.
Chai fakes high and swings low for a body shot but Metharom manages to avoid it.

Chai paws at his opponent with the jab and then lunges in with a straight, right on the button.

Metharom throws a nice hook to the body that draws an oooh from the crowd.
Metharom ducks under a wild hook from Chai.
It seemed like Metharom was going to counter with the hook but didn't fully commit to it.
Chai misses with a telegraphed body shot
and Metharom counters with a quick right hand to the jaw.
Metharom throws a hook to the side of Chai's head but Chai sees it coming and ducks under it beautifully.
Metharom avoids the body shot from Chai.
Metharom pulls out of a head kick attempt.
Metharom uses some good footwork to avoid the body shot by Chai.
Metharom displays good takedown defense there as he swats away a double leg from Chai.

Chai lands a nice shot that snaps Metharom's head back.
We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out!

Metharom bobbing and weaving, closes the distance and lands a hook to the side of Chai's head.

Metharom tries to land with a swinging hook to the body but Chai was well out of range. Poor timing from Metharom.

OH! Chai has been rocked by a huge right hand and is in deep trouble! Metharom smells blood and charges in for the finish! Metharom unloads a vicious overhand right and connects to the jaw of Chai sending him face first to the canvas! Unbelievable!

Klahan Metharom really struggled to get his t-shirt on before his hand was raised. Making sure that KOMBAT KLOTHING logo gets some air time is pretty tricky when you're all sweaty.
