The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

Mormaer misses with a head kick.

Mormaer has managed to clinch.
Mormaer has a couple of punches blocked by McGuire.
McGuire scores with a shoulder strike.
A left hand lands to the body for Mormaer.
Mormaer's head jolts backwards as he takes an uppercut right on the button!
McGuire lands a body shot in the clinch.
McGuire misses with a body punch.

McGuire breaks the clinch and we return to the middle of the mat.
McGuire motions for Mormaer to come forward. McGuire throws a leg kick but it misses it's target.
McGuire misses with an uppercut.
Mormaer thumps McGuire with a low kick.
We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out!
McGuire lands with a thumping leg kick.
A solid leg kick lands there for Mormaer.
Mormaer needs to keep his hands up - McGuire had a free shot at his head there.
McGuire has been spending a lot of time sparring his boxing in the run up to the fight, trying to sharpen up those hands and look for a knockout.

McGuire misses with a series of wild punches.
Mormaer throws a front kick aimed at McGuire's knee but McGuire avoids it well.
Mormaer connects with a leg kick.

Mormaer tries to clinch up but McGuire circles away and keeps his distance.
Mormaer fakes with a right hand and throws a good leg kick, right into the thigh. That had to hurt McGuire.

McGuire fakes a jab and then connects with a hook.
Mormaer pulls out of a head kick attempt.
Mormaer does a little shimmy and throws a leg kick. The leg kick missed by a considerable margin though, making him look a little bit silly for doing the shimmy.
Mormaer has been working on his boxing with his coaches at The Infamous Duranto Gym in the buildup to the fight.
Mormaer jabs McGuire right on the nose. McGuire blinks but takes it well.
Mormaer uses some good footwork to avoid the body shot by McGuire.
Mormaer tries to clinch up but McGuire circles away and keeps his distance.
McGuire is pinned up against the cage taking some big shots here. The referee is looking closely deciding whether he should stop the fight.

Mormaer cracks McGuire with a big right hand that sends him crashing to the floor. Mormaer has the opportunity to follow him to the ground but instead he's beckoning McGuire to stand back up!

McGuire is rocked!
McGuire is keeping his hands low and just asking to be knocked out. Mormaer Raises his leg and lands a stunning axe kick! McGuire is out cold, face down on the mat!
