Coming up we have a middleweight MMA rules bout between Vitor Penn (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Casey Raybeck (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). The atmosphere really building for this one as we go over to our ring announcer for the fighter introductions!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the middleweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
3 - 12 - 0, fighting out of Rio de Janeiro, Vitor Penn! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
1 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Rio de Janeiro, Casey Raybeck! The judges for this bout are Seu Braga, Emerson Jorge and Leandro Rodrigues.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Raybeck walks into a straight right hand from Penn. Raybeck gets a takedown into half guard. Penn moves his hips nicely and gets into full guard. Penn wriggles free and stands up. Penn misses with the combination.
Nice combo by Penn! Oh, that's hurt him - Raybeck falls to the canvas and Penn follows him into side control.
Raybeck is rocked!
It looks like Casey Raybeck has been cut. The crowd cheering loudly, showing their appreciation for the quality fight we're seeing here. Penn wants to lay and pray for a moment but Raybeck keeps working. Penn has had enough of the ground for now and decides to stand. Penn works his jab well there, keeping his opponent at a distance. Penn pulls out of a head kick attempt.
Raybeck shoots in looking for a takedown. Penn tries to sprawl out of it but Raybeck keeps driving through. The fighters are pinned against the cage. Penn manages to get underhooks and after a bit of a struggle, circles away and we're back to standing. Raybeck fails with the takedown. Raybeck looks gassed!
That's one minute gone in the round. Raybeck shoots in but no luck this time. Vitor Penn has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Casey Raybeck. Penn rushes Raybeck and pushes him back against the cage in a clinch. Penn is trying to break free. Penn wants to break free. God knows he wants to breaaaak freeee. Penn manages to break the clinch.
Penn fails to land with the punch combination there - jab, cross, hook, miss, miss, miss.

Penn throws a right hand that Raybeck ducks under and follows up with a left that Raybeck also avoids with ease. A punch combination from Penn misses. Penn tries to clinch but Raybeck is having none of it. Nice takedown defense from Penn. No joy for Raybeck on that attempt. Penn throws a combination but comes up with nothing but fresh air.
No joy there for Penn, who threw a few shots but didn't land.
Raybeck stuffs the takedown. Vitor Penn seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
That's two minutes gone in the round. The crowd are starting to boo a lack of action. Raybeck shoots in and gets a takedown into half guard. Raybeck showed some decent athleticism there. Raybeck is working for a kimura but Penn is defending it quite comfortably.
Penn looks like he's trying to stand up.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing. Raybeck wants to work for an arm triangle but Penn is really keeping half guard well and defending the submission attempt.
Raybeck is taking a breather. Penn says something to him but it's hard to make out. Perhaps he's telling him to get on with it and actually do something. Penn looking to work for a kimura from the bottom.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Raybeck wants to take a breather but Penn is having none of it. Raybeck looking for a kimura but he'll have to free his other leg if he wants to finish that. Perhaps he's just using it as a distraction technique.
Raybeck is working for a submission of some sort.
Raybeck is trying for a guillotine from the top but the pressure isn't in the right place so Penn is just riding it out for now. Raybeck eventually gives up the hold.
That's four minutes gone in the round. There's not a lot going on here and the crowd are letting the fighters know they're not willing to tolerate a lack of action. Penn wants to stand back up but Raybeck manages to pass into side control.
Raybeck wants to work for a kimura but he's foiled early by Penn, who protects the arm well. The crowd applaud the fighters efforts here as the round comes to an end. Raybeck goes for an armbar! This could be all over! Wait, no, Penn rolls with the submission and now he's on top in Raybeck's guard! Nice work there by Penn! And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
Vitor Penn dominated that round. The cut man is working on Casey Raybeck's cut. OK. That's time! The bell goes and we're back to the action.
Raybeck moves his head to the side to avoid a jab but walks straight into a cross. Raybeck looks for a takedown here. Will he get it? Penn is fending him off so far but Raybeck persists. Nope, Penn circles away and we're back to standing. Penn misses with a two punch combination.
Penn throws a hook to the side of Raybeck's head but Raybeck sees it coming and ducks under it beautifully. Penn looks to land a combination but Raybeck avoids it well. Raybeck shoots in for a takedown but Penn shows good takedown defense. Nice uppercut there from Penn. Penn scores with a three punch combo!
Penn misses with a body kick. We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up. Raybeck shoots in but Penn avoids the takedown attempt easily. Vitor Penn has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Casey Raybeck. Penn throws a combination but comes up with nothing but fresh air.
Both fighters are absolutely exhausted here. A big left from Penn misses. Raybeck tries to shoot in for a takedown. He's got hold of a leg but Penn swivels and escapes.

Some wild striking there from Penn.
Penn tries to bum rush Raybeck with a series of wild strikes but Raybeck uses good footwork to avoid the assault. Raybeck closes the distance and looks for a trip takedown... aaaand he's got it - Raybeck lands in his opponent's guard. Raybeck drops back for a leg here. A bit of a high risk move... He's looking for a kneebar by the looks of things. Now both of them are looking for submissions. Raybeck seems to have locked his on tight now - Penn screams in pain and taps out furiously! It certainly was a high risk move but it's paid off for Raybeck, as he picks up the win!
