Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the middleweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 0 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Sydney, Josh Agustov!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 2 - 4 - 0, fighting out of London, Danielos Tiger!
The judges for this bout are Ron Honeybunn, Winston Howard and Ben Hemmingworth.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Agustov stuffs the takedown attempt from Tiger. Tiger gets slowly back to his feet.
Tiger shoots in for a takedown. "Ole!" shouts Agustov as he jumps to the side.

Agustov gets caught flat footed, as Tiger shoots in with a quick takedown into guard.
Agustov keeping moving, preventing Tiger from controlling successfully.
Agustov wants to improve his position but instead Tiger has moved into half guard.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.
Agustov is doing well to avoid being mounted. He's controlling the position at the moment.
Agustov makes his way to full guard. A much better position for Agustov.

That's one minute gone in the round.
Agustov looking to hit a scissor sweep but Tiger is one step ahead there.

Tiger decides to stand up and beckons his opponent to follow.
Tiger darts in looking for a takedown but Agustov gets double underhooks and turns Tiger into the cage.
Agustov feinted there with a counter leg kick.
Josh Agustov has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Danielos Tiger.
Tiger avoids a low kick by using good footwork.
Tiger feints the counter takedown.
Tiger shoots for a double leg takedown but Agustov sprawls well. He's pushed Tiger's face into the mat and manages to get back to his feet relatively easily.
Agustov lands a vicious shot with the stealth of a sniper and the strength of a viper. Are vipers that strong? I can think of lots of things that are stronger than a viper - not many rhyme with sniper though.

Agustov clinches up with Tiger and pushes him back against the cage.

Agustov tightens his grip and picks Tiger up, before dumping him to the ground. Tiger manages to land in guard.

Tiger is scooting his butt against the cage and has managed to get back to his feet. Agustov presses him back against the cage, presumably looking to take the fight back to the mat.

We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out!

Agustov swings away with a leg kick that misses.

Tiger shoots in looking for a takedown. Agustov tries to sprawl out of it but Tiger keeps driving through. The fighters are pinned against the cage. Agustov manages to get underhooks and after a bit of a struggle, circles away and we're back to standing.

Agustov defends well against a solid takedown attempt from Tiger.
Agustov catches Tiger with a nice straight right. He seems pissed - ooooh, it's on now! On like donkey kong!
Agustov scores with a hook.
Tiger should think about turning a few of those tyres round his middle into muscle if he wants people to take him seriously as an athlete.
Agustov lands a pitter patter jab to the forehead of his opponent.
Tiger is pinned up against the cage taking some big shots here. The referee is looking closely deciding whether he should stop the fight.
No luck for Tiger with that takedown attempt.
Tiger has done a lot of speed work in the buildup to this fight.
Agustov feints a straight left to the body, then turns around with a flashy move and hits Tigers jaw with a dramatic spinning back fist!

Agustov feints a straight left to the body, then turns around with a flashy move and hits Tigers jaw with a dramatic spinning back fist!

This has been an exciting period of action!

Tiger is trying hard to land a takedown here. Agustov sprawls well and keeps this one on the feet.
Tiger takes a thudding leg kick, right into the meat of the thigh.

Agustov is stalling in the full guard.
Agustov postures up and scores with a shot to the body and a follow up elbow to the head.

Agustov is looking to slow Tiger down with leg kicks.
Agustov is really dominating this fight. Is there anything that Tiger can do to turn this around?

Tiger shoots in for a takedown - he's clinched up with Agustov but Agustov pushes him off and we're back to square one.
Tiger throws a head kick that misses and slips in the process. He scrambles back to his feet and the fighters circle.
Tiger fails to land with the punch combination there - jab, cross, hook, miss, miss, miss.
Agustov fakes a couple of low kicks, before throwing one on the third attempt. It connects and Tiger has to reset his feet before getting ready to engage.
Tiger looks for a takedown here. Will he get it? Agustov is fending him off so far but Tiger persists. Nope, Agustov circles away and we're back to standing.
Danielos Tiger is looking to throw some combinations by the looks of things.

Agustov drives through and clinches with Tiger against the cage.

Agustov wants the takedown. Tiger is fighting it off but Agustov persists and manages to bring the fight to the ground, ending up in Tiger's guard against the cage.
Tiger is breathing heavily.
Agustov stands up and looks to throw the legs aside to pass to side control. Tiger swivels though and keeps the full guard.
Tiger controls Agustov momentarily but Agustov frees himself.

Agustov tries to free his leg and advance position but Tiger is retaining full guard.
Agustov controls the pace of the fight for a moment.
Tiger can't keep his opponent in guard - Agustov advances to half guard, no doubt looking to mount.
Tiger tries to get to full guard but Agustov has control of the leg.
Agustov scores with a couple of good hammerfists.

A lull in the action here being met with boos from the crowd.
Agustov slips a nice elbow through Tiger's hands, connecting with Tiger's forehead.
Agustov knows he needs to get back to his feet asap. He's simply no match for Tiger on the ground.
Tiger is in trouble now - Agustov has advanced to mount!
Agustov lands an elbow that was bordering on illegal but the referee lets it go with a warning.

Agustov is still in mount, landing shots to his trapped opponent. Tiger can't stay in a position like this for much longer.
Tiger is looking to improve his position but Agustov isn't that keen on the idea.

Boooooooooooooooooooo!!! God, this has been a terrible round. Come on you two, sort yourselves out!

Tiger fails with a rather predictable takedown attempt.
Agustov fakes with the hands and throws a leg kick but Tiger is out of range.
Tiger follows through with a counter body kick but it doesn't land.
Tiger shoots in for a takedown but Agustov shows good takedown defense there and keeps this one on the feet.
Agustov uses good footwork to get in and out, landing a nice hook.

Agustov is trying to trip Tiger. He has hold of a leg but Tiger is hopping around, keeping his balance for the moment. Agustov persists though and gets the takedown into guard.
Agustov passes easily into side control. Nice work.
Tiger is being controlled here.
You can see the frustration on Tiger's face, being in this tough position on the bottom.
Agustov works a knee to the body and follows up with a nice elbow to the head.

The referee asks Agustov politely if he wouldn't mind getting on with it and actually doing something. Agustov prefers to stall for the moment though.

Tiger manages to get one leg in to regain half guard.
This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!

There's not a lot going on here and the crowd are letting the fighters know they're not willing to tolerate a lack of action.
Tiger shoots for a double leg takedown but Agustov sprawls well. He's pushed Tiger's face into the mat and manages to get back to his feet relatively easily.
Agustov connects with a looping left hand that seems like it dazed Tiger momentarily.

Agustov has managed to clinch.
Danielos Tiger has stepped it up - he knows he needs a finish here!

Agustov is working on a single leg takedown against the cage. Tiger can't fight it off and eventually Agustov manages to take the fight to the floor. Tiger looks annoyed but at least he's managed to land in guard.
