Coming up we have a welterweight MMA rules bout between Derrick Colson (ranked 2311 p4p, 4328 weight class) and Pablo Diaz (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Well, I have no idea who's going to take this one!

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

Diaz clinches up with Colson and pushes him back against the cage.
Colson tries to pull guard but Diaz forces him back to his feet, against the cage.

Colson pulls Diaz into guard.
Diaz trying to control but Colson is working from the bottom.

Diaz is working Colson over from the guard. He should look to pass the guard and do a little more damage with these strikes.

Colson is looking for a guillotine. You can't force these things though and Diaz defends well.
Colson is looking to sweep but instead, Diaz has passed into half guard.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.
Diaz is trying to control. Colson wants to improve his position but can't escape this time.
Diaz might have to switch it up a bit here because his efforts to control Colson haven't been going to plan, at least at the current moment in time.

Diaz wants to free his trapped foot but Colson is holding on for dear life with his legs.

Colson is looking to cinch up a triangle. Diaz throws the leg off to one side though and gets in tight to Colson's body to avoid the submission. Colson has instead reached around Diaz's neck and now has a guillotine! Oh, this is biiiig trouble! Colson arches his back and squeezes and forces the tap from his hapless opponent.
