Coming up we have a lightweight MMA rules bout between Sloat Gresham (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Alexander Wilson (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). I'm sure you'll be fascinated to know that I was talking to some pointless Z list celebrity before the fight and he thought that Alexander Wilson was going to win. Let's see if he was right.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 5 rounds, in the lightweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
6 - 3 - 0, fighting out of Rio de Janeiro, Sloat Gresham! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
8 - 2 - 0, fighting out of Rio de Janeiro, Alexander Wilson! The judges for this bout are Luis Engracia, Alexandre Firmino and Seu Braga.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Gresham lands with a hook. Wilson tried to avoid it but it clipped the top of his head. Wilson misses with a body shot.
Wilson closes the distance and clinches up, looking for a takedown. He shifts his weight and gets a nice trip into half guard. The fighters are battling for position here. Gresham manages to regain full guard. Nice work. Gresham working the defensive guard well to avoid strikes from Wilson. Gresham looking for submissions off his back, moving his hips, looking for an opening.
Both fighters really going for it on the ground here! Gresham looking for a guillotine here but Wilson defends easily.
Gresham is looking for a triangle here but Wilson uses the submission attempt to pass into side control.
Gresham tries to improve position but can't. Gresham gets one leg under and gets the fight to half guard. Wilson is sneakily working for an arm triangle but Gresham sees it coming and defends easily. Gresham actively working from the bottom here.
That's one minute gone in the round. Wilson thumps the canvas. Not on purpose obviously - he just missed Gresham's head. Gresham looking for submissions off his back. Wilson thows a huge punch but Gresham dodges it nicely.
Wilson working some ground and pound from close in. He's looking to maintain this position and strike for a while by the looks of things... although he'll probably advance to full mount in a minute now I've said that. Wilson not throwing his punches with enough precision this time. Wilson wants to pass to mount but Gresham is defending the position.
Well, the referee has seen enough. Neither fighter is active enough on the ground so he's stood them back up. Gresham gets taken down but at least he's managed to land in guard. Wilson stopping the sweep attempt from Gresham. Wilson throwing strikes but missing. Gresham looking for a triangle here. Wilson is fighting it but it looks tight! Gresham pulls the arm across and this one won't last much longer! Nope, Wilson is tapping out - this one is all over!
