Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the bantamweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 0 - 6 - 0, fighting out of The Island, Fritz Decom!
The judges for this bout are David Hoff, Bart Greer and Santiago Holmes.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Terry swats away the attempt to clinch by Decom.
Decom tries to close the distance and clinch but Terry swats him to one side with an open hand palm strike and circles away.
Decom stalks Terry and leaps in with a furious combination of punches. Uppercuts and crosses smash into Terry's face. Terry staggers backwards, shaken.

Terry feints and as Decom raises his hands in defense, Terry changes levels and drives through with a takedown into guard.
Terry not doing a lot at the moment. He'll have to show some more aggression or the fight will get stood up.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.
Terry pushes down on Decom's leg and manages to get into half guard.

The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.
Terry's ground tactics aren't going to win him many fans. Let's hope he's got fireworks for us if he gets back to his feet because he's not doing much on the ground.
Decom is trying to stand up here but Terry is controlling him well.

Decom works over Terry's head and body with a nice combination.

Terry rushes Decom and presses him up against the cage.

Terry tries to score a body lock takedown but Decom shows good agility there to stay on his feet.
Decom digs a right hand into Terry's ribs. Those have got to be taking their toll on Terry's gas tank.

Decom stays in close to his opponent and throws a right hand to the body.
Terry has hold of a leg and is looking for a trip takedown. Decom avoids it nicely though and we remain in the clinch.

Terry breaks the clinch.
Decom lands a jab, followed by a cross and another cross, as Terry backs up against the cage.
The crowd cheering loudly, showing their appreciation for the quality fight we're seeing here.

Terry shoots in from a long way out. He's driving through with the takedown attempt and he eventually gets it, landing in Decom's guard.
Decom is looking to stand back up but Terry counters by passing into half guard. Oops... bit sloppy there by Decom.

Terry really does look like a pencil wearing a pair of gloves. Let's hope he has a gameplan to suit that ridiculous body shape.

Decom really doesn't want to stay on the ground with Terry. If he can't get it back to his feet, it's only a matter of time before he'll be tapping out.

Terry has freed up his trapped foot and advances to mount.

Terry wants to finish this one by submission but Decom is holding onto his waist, trying to prevent any attacks from Terry.

Terry fakes a shot to the body and cracks his opponent in the head. Nice ground and pound there!

And that is the end of the round. The fighters go back to their corners.

The corners get their ten second warning. Both fighters stand from their stools and stare each other down, ready to get back to the action.

Terry looks towards his corner to check for any instructions. The corner give him nothing to work with, so he cracks Decom with a short hammerfist. I guess that's as good as any advice he could get in this position.

Terry is looking for an arm triangle, whilst trying to pass to side control. Decom doesn't seem that keen to cooperate though. No luck this time Terry.

Terry lands a shot to the body, followed up by a shot to the exposed head of his trapped opponent.

Terry has hold of Decom's left arm, perhaps looking for a submission. The two fighters tussle over control of the isolated limb and Decom manages to get his arm back to his side and away from danger.
Terry takes a little breather and maintains the position. The referee will be looking for him to stay active from such a dominant position though.

Terry stands up from mount. Strange move.
Decom tries to bum rush Terry with a series of wild strikes but Terry uses good footwork to avoid the assault.
Fritz Decom is looking to keep the fight on the feet at all costs.
Decom is breathing heavily.

Terry has managed to clinch.
Decom has had enough of the clinch but Terry keeps him there for the moment.

Terry breaks the clinch.

Terry is looking for a takedown here. He's shot in and has managed to get it, finishing up in Decom's half guard.
This has been an exciting period of action!
Decom is looking to regain full guard. Not this time though.

Terry perhaps working for something from half guard, or maybe not. It looks like he's just sitting there.

Terry is looking for a kimura. It's going to be difficult to finish that from half guard though and Decom defends it well.
The referee walks around the fighters to get a better view of the action. Terry lands a nice short elbow.

Terry has hold of the far side arm. He's working for the Kimura, can Decom defend it? Terry steps over the head and cranks it - Decom is tapping out! That was textbook stuff right there - nice submission victory for Terry!
