The judges for this bout are Chris Edwards, James Ackerman and Daniel Bishop.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Kapula throws an overhand right that lands on Corleone Jr.'s shoulder, as Corleone Jr. tries to avoid the shot.
Kapula misses with a left hand
and Corleone Jr. counters with a slapping leg kick.
Kapula jabbing away but nothing is landing.
Corleone Jr. is looking to counter punch.
Kapula throws a hook but Corleone Jr. avoids it easily.
Kapula throws a right hand that misses
and Corleone Jr. counters with a good right hand that lands right on the jaw.
Kapula jabs Corleone Jr. right on the nose. Corleone Jr. blinks but takes it well.
It looks like Sonny Corleone Jr. has been cut.
A nice leg kick from Corleone Jr., right into the meat of the thigh.
Corleone Jr. has been working on his boxing with his coaches at Blacktalians MMA in the buildup to the fight.

Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.
Corleone Jr. explodes with a nice body kick and back out of range. Nice work.

Kapula connects with a good right hand that stumbles Corleone Jr.. Corleone Jr. circles away out of range and recomposes himself.

Corleone Jr. jinks towards his opponent looking like he wants to counter with a mid kick but doesn't commit.
Corleone Jr. lands a jab, followed by a cross and another cross, as Kapula backs up against the cage.
Kapula is rocked!
Kapula lands with a cross to side of his opponent's head.
The crowd cheering loudly, showing their appreciation for the quality fight we're seeing here.

Corleone Jr. seem to be loading up, looking for a big counter.
Kapula scores with a punch to the head.
Corleone Jr. throws the left hand but Kapula avoids the punch easily.
Kapula pushing out the jab but it's not landing.
A head kick misses from Corleone Jr..
Kapula sends Corleone Jr. crashing to the mat with a devastating uppercut! Kapula is motioning to the referee to let Corleone Jr. up. He wants to try and finish this one on the feet!
Corleone Jr. is rocked!
Sonny Corleone Jr.'s cut is bleeding quite badly. He's got to try and protect it.

Corleone Jr. is holding his hands too far apart here. Kapula throws a hard, straight punch right down the pipe and BOOM! Corleone Jr. is out! That punch landed square on the jaw - what a shot!

Tris Kapula spent the whole post fight interview bigging himself up. It didn't go down that well with the fans after a while as they thought it was a bit arrogant.
