Coming up we have a light heavyweight kickboxing rules bout between Nathan Keenan (ranked 3732 p4p, 21085 weight class) and Jayson Tatum (ranked 459 p4p, 698 weight class). Keenan comes to the ring accompanied by Even Flow - Pearl Jam. Over to our ring announcer for the fighter introductions!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the light heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 7 - 3 - 0, fighting out of New York, Nathan Keenan!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 19 - 11 - 0, fighting out of Montreal, Jayson Tatum!
The judges for this bout are Columbo Gatti, Eddie Farnsworth and David Schapiro.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Keenan misses with a leg kick
and Tatum counters with a quick right hand to the jaw.
Tatum delivers a nice body kick.
Keenan slips under a jab from Tatum.
Keenan is looking to counter with a body kick.
Keenan takes a kick to the body and keeps moving.
Tatum chopped to the floor by a nice leg kick but he springs right back up before Keenan can pounce on him.
Keenan jabs Tatum right on the nose. Tatum blinks but takes it well.
Tatum throws a poor cross that misses
and Keenan counters with a stiff right hand.
Keenan is pinned up against the ropes taking some big shots here. The referee is looking closely deciding whether he should stop the fight.
Keenan thows a leg kick but Tatum checks it
and Tatum counters with a straight right hand.
Tatum lands with a thumping leg kick.
Wooooo! Give it up for these two warriors! They are putting on a show!
Keenan has his head snapped back a nice jab. A little nod from Keenan there as he acknowledges the shot.
Tatum cracks Keenan with an open hand slap.
That's one minute gone in the round.
Tatum pushing out the jab but it's not landing.
Keenan takes a swing at Tatum's ribcage but misses.
Keenan throws a two punch combo that lands nicely.
It looks like Jayson Tatum has been cut.
Keenan on the wrong end of a nice hook.
Tatum blocks the body kick.
Keenan throws an overhand right that lands on Tatum's shoulder, as Tatum tries to avoid the shot.
Tatum looked like he wanted to counter with a punch but didn't throw it.
Tatum cracks Keenan with an open hand slap.
Tatum pulls out of a head kick attempt.
Keenan is looking for a counter combo.
Tatum misses with an uppercut
letting Keenan counter with a right hand.
Keenan displays some good footwork, moving neatly out of range as Tatum throws out the jab.

That's two minutes gone in the round.
Tatum keeps his opponent at a distance with a nice jab.
Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.

and Keenan counters with a quick right hand to the jaw.
Tatum throws a feint and then finishes with a kick to the body.
Keenan takes a jab right on the kisser.
Keenan works over Tatum's head and body with a nice combination.
Keenan throws a sloppy head kick
and Tatum counters with a quick right hand to the jaw.
Keenan throws a combination that misses
and Keenan takes a counter punch right on the button for his troubles.
The crowd applaud the fighters' efforts here as the round comes to an end.
Keenan swings for the body but Tatum moves out of range.

And that is the end of the round. The fighters go back to their corners.

The corners get their ten second warning. Both fighters stand from their stools and stare each other down, ready to get back to the action.
Tatum swings away with a leg kick that misses.

Tatum has been the more effective fighter overall so far.
Keenan looks to land a right hand but Tatum moved out of range.
Tatum lands a nice looking kick to the body. Keenan takes a step back to recover.

Keenan throws a body shot but no joy.
Keenan backing away here, and Tatum unleashes a leg kick that just misses.
A left lands for Tatum.
Keenan scores with a nice right hand.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.
Tatum attempts a leg kick but it's missed by a good margin.
Tatum scores with a nice body kick.
Tatum throws a switch kick that catches Keenan on the top of the head and drops him to the canvas! Keenan looks hurt - I'm not sure he's going to get back up! The referee starts the count but calls it off at seven as Keenan flops around on the canvas, clearly in no position to continue! This fight is over!
