Coming up we have a lightweight MMA rules bout between Sorry Eh (ranked 2211 p4p, 4456 weight class) and Michael Washington (ranked 259 p4p, 477 weight class). Washington has chosen The Rising as his entrance music. Michael Washington struggled to make weight for this fight. He only made it down to 156.1lbs at the first attempt and had to take the additional two hours to make the official bout weight. Let's see how much it's taken out of him. This should be a great matchup!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the lightweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of 8 - 5 - 0, fighting out of Montreal, Sorry Eh! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of 1 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Montreal, Michael Washington! The judges for this bout are Alec Ball, Ian Loll and William Peck.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Eh shoots in looking for a single leg takedown. Washington is trying to defend but Eh finishes it well and ends up in half guard. Let's see if he can advance position further. Washington pushes Eh off and gets back to his feet. Washington looking for a takedown here - he's got it. Washington trying to pass the guard but can't manage it just yet. Eh is working an open guard here, looking to improve his position. No doubt that will leave him open to counters but at least he's being more offensive. We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out! Eh wants to stand up but Washington is controlling him. A real slowdown in the pace of the fight for a moment, as Eh holds on and takes a little breather. Washington trying to control the position from guard on top but Eh is wriggling around, looking for whatever he can.
That's one minute gone in the round. Eh looking to control the pace of the fight rather than finish it. Washington prevents Eh from getting back to his feet.
The ref stands the fighters back up due to a lack of activity. Eh changes levels and drives through with a really nice takedown into side control. Washington looks really pissed at himself for not defending that better. Eh has improved his flexibility recently so we will have to see if he can use that to his advantage. Washington tries to buck Eh off but Eh is having none of it. A bit of a lull in the action. I'm sure it will pick up again soon... even if the ref has to physically pick them up and put them back on their feet. Eh is chipping away with strikes.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Eh slows the pace down. Washington wings away with a couple of strikes but they don't land. Washington is being controlled here. Washington tries to work a leg under to get back to half guard but Eh wriggles his own leg back out and remains in side control. Eh in side control lands a decent elbow. Eh tries to move to mount but Washington blocks the move with his legs. Eh moving around in side mount but really he's just happy to control for now. Washington wants to control but Eh postures up.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Eh working the head and body with strikes. The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing. Eh scoring with punches and elbows. Eh scores with a couple of nice shots to the head there. The referee takes a look at Washington to see if he's OK.
Washington is rocked! Eh cracks Washington with a big elbow. Oh, he's hurt! Eh immediately mounts and start dropping bombs! Washington is done! The referee jumps in and saves him from any more punishment - a quick and decisive finish by Eh!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 3:41 of round 1, we have a winner by way of TKO (Strikes). Sorry Eh! In defeat, Michael Washington stepped up to the mic, saying 'Time to get back to work. Just got to get better. I will smash anyone who steps in my way. But he was better tonight so much respect to him. '.
