Coming up we have a heavyweight MMA rules bout between Peace Maker (ranked 2813 p4p, 24863 weight class) and Sandor Samson (ranked 348 p4p, 631 weight class). Both these guys have solid standup skills and neither is particularly fantastic on the ground, so let's hope for a nice standup war!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 2 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, Peace Maker!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 1 - 2 - 0, fighting out of Los Angeles, Sandor Samson!
The judges for this bout are Percy O'Donnell, Jack Bonds and Timothy Bukovac.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Samson walks straight into a jab right on the nose. That one stung - he's blinking and trying to clear his head.
It looks like Sandor Samson has been cut.
Maker changes levels and scores with a jab to the body.
Maker throws the left hand but Samson avoids the punch easily.
Samson uses good footwork to avoid the strikes from Maker.
Maker looks to have improved his striking defense since last time we saw him fight.
Maker scores with a shot to the body.
Maker scores with a shot to the body.
Samson looks winded!
Samson moves out of range of the strikes.
Maker lands a big right hand that sends Samson crashing to the mat! Maker stays standing though and waves Samson back to his feet!
Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.
Maker fakes and then throws a beautiful body shot. Samson looks a bit winded and takes a step backwards to take a breath.
Maker lands with a good body shot.
Maker scores with a punch to the gut of his opponent.
That's one minute gone in the round.
Maker drops Samson with a hook right on the temple. He thinks about going to the ground but Samson looks back up at him and smiles so Maker waves him back to his feet - he obviously thinks he can knock him out after that shot landed.
Samson is rocked!
Maker ducks low and lands a nice hook to the body of his opponent.
Samson is still on wobbly legs! Can Maker finish him?
Samson tries to get into range but Maker steps to the side and lands a beautiful hook that drops Samson! He's faceplanted into the mat, ass in the air... he's out cold! That's an image he won't want to show his grandkids when he gets older! Maker scores the big KO victory!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 1:20 of round 1, we have a winner by way of KO (Punch). Peace Maker!
Peace Maker bigged himself up after the win. The crowd seemed to love it.
