Coming up we have a middleweight MMA rules bout between Barack Obaminator (ranked 356 p4p, 405 weight class) and Marco Paris (ranked 54 p4p, 60 weight class). Obaminator kept the crowd waiting but all that was forgotten when his ring entrance music started. The incomparable musical genius that is Gil Scott-Herron - The Revolution Will Not Be Televised. Barack Obaminator has the better chin. Will he look to stand and bang today?

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the middleweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 17 - 8 - 0, fighting out of New York, Barack Obaminator!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 16 - 3 - 0, fighting out of New York, Marco Paris!
The judges for this bout are Daniel Bishop, James Atkins and Chris Edwards.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Obaminator throws a hook but Paris avoids it easily.
Obaminator definitely looks more muscular than last time we saw him fight.
A low kick lands for Obaminator.
Obaminator lands a straight punch to the body, keeping Paris at a distance.
Obaminator fakes a couple of low kicks, before throwing one on the third attempt. It connects and Paris has to reset his feet before getting ready to engage.
Obaminator swings wildly with a right hand that was never going to find it's target.
Paris missing with a left hand there. Obaminator was out of range so wasted energy throwing that one.
The fighters circling - Obaminator throws out the jab but it was never going to land.
As Obaminator backs off Paris throws a huge counter combo but Obaminator manages to avoid it all.

Paris feints and then dives in with a takedown. That was a long way out but the feint bought him enough time to close the distance and complete the takedown. Now we'll play guard for a bit and see who can get the better of that position.

You can see the frustration on Obaminator's face, being in this tough position on the bottom.
Paris tries for an arm triangle. That looks pretty tight to me. Is this one over!?! Possibly, maybe, no Paris has let go of the choke. Obviously it wasn't as tight as we thought!
