Coming up we have a welterweight MMA rules bout between Gul Dukat (ranked 913 p4p, 1198 weight class) and Noah Ortega (ranked 131 p4p, 171 weight class). Dukat's ring entrance music is that housewives' favourite, Guillotine (Swordz) . Noah Ortega has the power to score a knockout today if he connects clean with Gul Dukat's chin.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the welterweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 13 - 7 - 1, fighting out of Las Vegas, Gul Dukat!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 8 - 11 - 0, fighting out of Sydney, Noah Ortega!
The judges for this bout are Daniel Bishop, James Glass and Richard Clark.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

Dukat shoots in and bounces Ortega off the cage to secure the takedown into guard.
Dukat has improved his flexibility recently so we will have to see if he can use that to his advantage.
There's a bit of a scramble here and now Ortega is on top in guard.

That was a close round but I would say that Gul Dukat will probably get the nod.
The corners get their ten second warning. Both fighters stand from their stools and stare each other down, ready to get back to the action.

Ortega shoots in for a takedown - he's clinched up with Dukat but Dukat pushes him off and we're back to square one.

Well I reckon that's a shut out for Dukat, winning every round. Will the judges agree? They are the ones who matter, even if they are often depressingly incompetent. Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.
