Coming up we have a heavyweight MMA rules bout between Mariusz Pudzianowski (ranked 24237 p4p, 23362 weight class) and Ledley King (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Both these guys have solid standup skills and neither is particularly fantastic on the ground, so let's hope for a nice standup war!

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Pudzianowski tries to score with a low kick but King moves his leg out of the way.

Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.

King is trying to trip Pudzianowski. He has hold of a leg but Pudzianowski is hopping around, keeping his balance for the moment. King persists though and gets the takedown into guard.

King controls the pace of the fight for a moment.
Pudzianowski seems to have got his legs back now.
Pudzianowski knows he needs to get back to his feet asap. He's simply no match for King on the ground.

It looks like King might be adopting somewhat of a lay and pray gameplan here, which I'm sure won't go down too well with the paying fans in attendance... Or the ring announcers come to think of it.

King stands up over Pudzianowski, holding on to his feet. King throws the legs to one side and dives in with a huge shot that lands flush on the chin! Pudzianowski is out cold! King lands a couple more shots and the ref tackles him out of the way! What a brutal finish!
