Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the featherweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 12 - 3 - 0, fighting out of New York, Koa Bouddi!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 8 - 2 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, John Frost!
The judges for this bout are Damien Edna, Ron Honeybunn and Ben Watson.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Bouddi lands with a shot to the body.
Bouddi moves out of range as Frost strikes.
Bouddi slips a jab and a cross from Frost.
Bouddi fakes a head punch and goes low to the body. Nicely done.
Frost swings for the body but Bouddi moves out of range.
Frost jabbing away but nothing is landing.
Frost fails to land with the punch combination there - jab, cross, hook, miss, miss, miss.
Frost throws a body shot but no joy.
A slapping leg kick lands for Bouddi.
Bouddi connects with a body shot that sends Frost's belly button to the back.
Frost on the wrong end of a nice hook.
Frost throws a sloppy head kick and Bouddi moves out of range easily.
Frost throws a wild combination but nothing lands.
The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so!
Bouddi lands a leg kick. The shin dug right into the meat of the thigh.
Bouddi thuds his right hand into Frost's forehead from close range. That could be painful for both fighters.
It looks like John Frost has been cut.
Frost scores with a shot to the body.
Bouddi throws a head kick but Frost moves out of range.
That's one minute gone in the round.
Frost ducks down and throws a hook to the body but Bouddi moves away.
Bouddi connects with a body shot that sends Frost's belly button to the back.
Frost fails to land with a series of punches.
Bouddi lets loose with a powerful body kick. Frost will feel that in the morning.
Bouddi lands a nice shot that snaps Frost's head back.
Bouddi definitely looks more muscular than last time we saw him fight.
Bouddi feints and then cracks Frost's leading leg with a nice low kick. He's obviously looking to slow Frost down.
Frost takes a hook to the side of the head. I wonder if that's got his ears ringing.
Frost takes a body punch but keeps moving.
Frost misses with a hook
enabling Bouddi to counter with a crisp jab.
Frost throws a poor cross that misses
and Bouddi counters with a quick right hand to the jaw.
Wooooo! Give it up for these two warriors! They are putting on a show!
Bouddi lands a head shot.
Bouddi lands with a straight right. Frost didn't see that one coming.
Frost is rocked!
BAM! Bouddi delivers a spinning backfist that drops Frost like a ragdoll! This is all oooooveeeer! He was out before he hit the ground!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 2:55 of round 1, we have a winner by way of KO (Spinning Backfist). Koa Bouddi!
