Coming up we have a middleweight MMA rules bout between Bobby Wayz (ranked 5107 p4p, 2843 weight class) and Terkin McJerkins (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Both these guys have really solid chins. Will we see a standup war or will they both decide that a knockout is unlikely and try to win the fight elsewhere?

The judges for this bout are David Hoff, Bart Greer and Sandra Marshall.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Wayz is looking for a takedown here. He's shot in and has managed to get it, finishing up in McJerkins's half guard.
Wayz throwing shots but they're hitting the canvas more than the man.

McJerkins stuns Wayz with a nice body shot, before stepping back out of range.
McJerkins thuds his right hand into Wayz's forehead from close range. That could be painful for both fighters.
Wayz shoots in from a long way out. He's driving through with the takedown attempt and he eventually gets it, landing in McJerkins's guard.

The crowd are showing their displeasure at the lack of action as loud boos ring out around the arena.
Wayz has controlled the position for a good 20 seconds, which will no doubt be starting to frustrate his opponent.

McJerkins lands a powerful looking uppercut that connected with his opponent's jaw.
Wayz ducks under a wild hook from McJerkins.
A lazy left from McJerkins finds it's target.

and McJerkins counters with a crisp hook to the side of the head.
Wayz takes a hook to the side of the head. I wonder if that's got his ears ringing.
