Coming up we have a lightweight MMA rules bout between Pete Dunham (ranked 3500 p4p, 2366 weight class) and Alla Pugacheva (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Dunham's entrance music is Im Forever Blowing Bubbles. A fine choice. Over to our ring announcer for the fighter introductions!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the lightweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 4 - 9 - 0, fighting out of Sydney, Pete Dunham!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 10 - 15 - 0, fighting out of Amsterdam, Alla Pugacheva!
The judges for this bout are Ron Honeybunn, Ben Watson and Steve Erwin.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Pugacheva darts in and lands a nice takedown into half guard.
Dunham pushes Pugacheva off looking to stand but Pugacheva dives back in and keeps control.
Pugacheva thumps the canvas. Not on purpose obviously - he just missed Dunham's head.
Pugacheva trying to mount his opponent but Dunham defends it.
Dunham wants to get back to his feet.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.
Pugacheva tries to pass the half guard into mount. Dunham knows what he's doing though and prevents the attempt.

Pugacheva throwing punches and elbows but they're not doing any damage.
Dunham has one foot on Pugacheva's thigh - he pushes off and manages to get back to his feet.

Pugacheva loads up on a big right hand but Dunham slips the punch.
Alla Pugacheva seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Dunham throws a leg kick that misses.
Pugacheva lands with a hook. Dunham tried to avoid it but it clipped the top of his head.

Pugacheva avoids a kick to the body.
We've been told by Dunham's head coaches at Hyperbolic Time Chamber that he's been working on his takedown defense in preparation for this fight.
Nice straight punches there by Pugacheva. You know Roy Jones Jr respects the hands of Pugacheva.

Pugacheva misses with a left hand
and Dunham counters with a lovely straight right hand!
Pugacheva scores with a punch to the gut of his opponent.

Dunham was looking to counter that move with a punch but didn't quite pull the trigger.

Dunham throws a front kick aimed at Pugacheva's knee but Pugacheva avoids it well.
Dunham blocks a head kick by Pugacheva.
Pugacheva is the aggressor but that punch slipped nicely by Dunham.
Dunham was looking to counter that move with a punch but didn't quite pull the trigger.
Good leg kick by Dunham.
Dunham takes a jab right on the nose. That must have hurt but he shrugs his shoulders and looks to return the favor.
Some bone on bone action there as Pugacheva checks a low kick. Luckily it wasn't a particularly hard one.
Dunham slips under a jab from Pugacheva.
Dunham thuds his shin into the meat of Pugacheva's side.
Dunham lands a powerful looking uppercut that connected with his opponent's jaw.
Boom, another hit is landed. "You're gunna get knocked out" taunts Pugacheva, as that shot connected.
It looks like Pete Dunham has been cut.
Pugacheva sizes up Dunham with a pawing jab and scores with a straight right down the middle.
Dunham closes the distance and takes a jab right on the nose as he does so.
Dunham is rocked!
Pugacheva moves out of range of the strikes.
Pugacheva has his head snapped back a nice jab. A little nod from Pugacheva there as he acknowledges the shot.
Pete Dunham is looking to keep the fight on the feet at all costs.
Pugacheva lands a high kick!
Oh Dunham is still all over the place! His legs are completely gone! Will he be able to recover?!!
Dunham takes a body punch but keeps moving.
Dunham throws the left hand but Pugacheva avoids the punch easily.
Dunham ducks down and throws a hook to the body but Pugacheva moves away.
Dunham is wiping some vaseline out of his eye. Pugacheva doesn't give a rats ass about fair play and cracks him with a massive hook to the side of the head! Dunham crumples to the floor out cold! The cornerman is going to be in Dunham's bad books for that mishap!
