The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Koppia throws a hook to the body but it doesn't connect.
Oliva misses with a looping left.
Koppia uses some good footwork to avoid the body shot by Oliva.
Oliva on the wrong end of an overhand right that came out of nowhere.
It looks like Biscuit Oliva has been cut.

The fighters circling - Koppia throws out the jab but it was never going to land.

Oliva drops back looking for a heel hook - he quickly realises he's not going to get it but Koppia manages to dive on top of him before he can escape and now Oliva has Koppia in his guard.
A real slowdown in the pace of the fight for a moment, as Oliva holds on and takes a little breather.

Oliva wants to sweep here but Koppia controlling him for the moment.
Oliva pulls Koppia in close to prevent any damage.
