The judges for this bout are James Glass, Richard Clark and Sam Margolis.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Goddard throws a nice looking combination but Falto bobs and weaves to avoid any damage.
The fight stays on the outside here - Goddard looks like he's thinking about clinching though.
Goddard fakes high and shoots in for a takedown but Falto avoids it really well and circles away.
And an attempted straight right on the counter from Falto! But no joy.
Goddard has a takedown stuffed.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.
Goddard shoots in for a takedown. He's persisting with it as Falto sprawls well. Falto wins this battle and keeps the fight standing. Goddard gets slowly back to his feet.

Falto escapes his hips to the side and looks to be working for an armbar. Goddard gives him a little smile and shakes his head. No chance.
Falto has his foot on Goddard's thigh. He's trying to push off and get in position for a triangle, I think. Goddard works his way back into a safe position though.
Falto looking for submissions from the bottom here. Moving his hips around, possibly looking for an armbar.
Goddard is working Falto over from the guard. He should look to pass the guard and do a little more damage with these strikes.
Both fighters have adopted an aggressive gameplan on the ground!
Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.
Goddard keeps in close for a moment and lands a decent shot to the side of Falto's head.
Falto is throwing his legs up, looking for submissions. Goddard is aware though and is defending well.

Falto has found himself in a tricky position here. He's been working his transitions in training so let's see if he can work his way out of it.
The fighters are starting to get a bit slippery now, which will make submissions a bit more difficult.

Falto is staying active underneath Goddard, who seems content to just control the action from this position.
Falto is working for an escape here. He's hooked one of Goddard's legs and he's managed to sneak out and take Goddard's back!
Goddard is trying to roll into a better position but Falto has get a rear naked choke and Goddard is forced to tap out! This one is allllll over!
