The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Smiff throws a left and a right that both miss
and Railio counters with a crisp hook to the side of the head.
A shot to the liver by Railio. Beautiful body shot.
Smiff takes a step towards his opponent and connects with a left hand, before circling away.
Railio lands a nice hook to Smiff's body. Smiff takes it in his stride and looks to land his own strikes.
Nice takedown defense from Railio. No joy for Smiff on that attempt.
Smiff lands with a hook. Railio tried to avoid it but it clipped the top of his head.
Railio misses with a looping left.
Donk. Railio catches Smiff right on the button with a cross.
Smiff lands with a right hand.
Smiff throws a leg kick that is checked
and Railio counters with a left to the body.
Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.
Smiff misses with a low kick.

Railio cracks Smiff with a big right hand that sends him to the floor! Smiff looks wobbly but he's sprung back up to his feet straight away… can Railio finish him?

It looks like Deontologicus Smiff has been cut.
Smiff throws a right hand that misses
and Railio counters with a crisp right that sends Smiff to the canvas! Railio follows up with punches from the mount and this one is all over!

A relieved looking Antti Railio thanked the fans for their support and gave the usual line about them being amazing. They seemed to believe that he actually meant it.
