Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the middleweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 15 - 11 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, Jonny McFly!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 9 - 4 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, Holden Gracie!
The judges for this bout are Steve Erwin, Chris Dean and John Mangel.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
McFly takes a solid shot to the body. That one hurt him but he's trying not to show it.
Gracie throws a head kick but McFly moves out of range.
Gracie catches McFly with a nice straight right. He seems pissed - ooooh, it's on now! On like donkey kong!
McFly has been working on his boxing with his coaches at Pound Town Athletics in the buildup to the fight.
McFly moves into the clinch.
Gracie wants to break free. God knows he wants to breaaaak freeee.
Gracie throws a head punch that misses.
McFly lands a shoulder strike that jolts his opponent's head backwards.
A shot in the inside from McFly.
McFly has a couple of punches blocked by Gracie.

Gracie goes for a body shot but it's blocked.
McFly tries a shoulder strike but it doesn't do any damage.
McFly breaks from the clinch.
Wow, both these guys are really going for it!
McFly blocks a jab.
McFly appears to be looking for a counter punch to the body.
Gracie forces McFly back against the cage and clinches.
McFly lands a nice uppercut.
This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!
Gracie has had enough of the clinch but McFly keeps him there for the moment.

Gracie blocks a body shot from McFly.
Gracie pushes off and circles away, back to the middle of the mat.

McFly uses decent footwork to sidestep a right hand from Gracie.
McFly is looking to counter punch.
A lazy left from Gracie finds it's target.
McFly on the wrong end of a decent looking cross there.
McFly takes a punch right to his stomach. That took the wind out of him momentarily.
Gracie sets himself and throws a head kick that knocks McFly to the ground! Gracie dives into full mount looking to finish!
McFly is rocked!
The crowd cheering loudly, showing their appreciation for the quality fight we're seeing here.
McFly tries to hold on but Gracie postures up.
Oh McFly is still in real trouble! Will he be able to recover?!!
Gracie controlling his opponent.
McFly seems to have got his legs back now.
Gracie is trying to take his opponent's back.

Gracie looking to control and managing it successfully.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.
Gracie seems to be looking to move to his opponent's back but McFly is holding on tight.
Gracie wants to control the pace but McFly is squirming around nicely.
McFly can't escape the position.
McFly tries to lock up and control but Gracie gives him a forearm to the face and pushes him away.
That's three minutes gone in the round.
Gracie tries to control but McFly wriggling away.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.
Gracie has hold of McFly's left arm, perhaps looking for a submission. The two fighters tussle over control of the isolated limb and McFly manages to get his arm back to his side and away from danger.
Gracie jumps to side control looking for an arm triangle but McFly manages to avoid the submission attempt.
That's four minutes gone in the round.
A few boos can be heard. I'm sure they will multiply if the fighters don't pick up the pace.
McFly struggling a bit here.
McFly is not content to let Gracie control the position.
Gracie remains in side control and seems content to stay there. It's a versatile position from which he can work both strikes and submissions, whilst maintaining that control, so maybe he'll sit here for a while.

The referee decides to stand the fighters back up.
And that is the end of the round. The fighters go back to their corners.
Holden Gracie dominated that round.
That's the end of the interval. I'm sure that seemed a lot quicker than a minute for our two fighters! Back to the action.
McFly misses with an uppercut.
Gracie steps to the side to avoid the strikes from McFly.
No joy there for Gracie, who threw a few shots but didn't land.
McFly is looking to counter punch.
A looping hook to the body misses from McFly. Gracie does a little dance to reset his feet.
McFly is looking to take this fight into the clinch.
Holden Gracie is looking to throw some combinations by the looks of things.
Gracie closes the distance and pushes McFly back into the cage.
McFly goes for a body shot but it's blocked.
Gracie lands a left hand that snaps the head of McFly backwards.
McFly prevents a body shot from Gracie.
Gracie breaks from the clinch.
Gracie throws a combination but it was largely blocked by McFly.
A right-left combo lands from Gracie.
McFly is looking to clinch.
McFly clinches up with Gracie and pushes him back against the cage.

McFly ducks under a wild hook from Gracie.

and Gracie connects with a straight left hand counter down the middle.
Gracie fakes low and throws an overhand right that catches McFly on the side of the head.
Gracie blocks a jab.
McFly cracks Gracie with a good jab.
McFly misses with a wild body shot.
McFly tries to close the distance and clinch but Gracie swats him to one side with an open hand palm strike and circles away.
McFly tries to clinch but is not successful on this occasion.
Holden Gracie seems to be getting the better of the standup.
McFly blocks a head kick by Gracie.
Gracie swats away the attempt to clinch by McFly.
Gracie clinches up with McFly and pushes him back against the cage.
Gracie has been looking to improve his clinch game in recent weeks. McFly seems to have the measure of him in the clinch so far, so let's see if Gracie can turn it around.
