Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Bull Mfer (ranked 290 p4p, 476 weight class) and Lenny Kowalski (ranked 44 p4p, 70 weight class). I can't wait for this one - let's get the fighter introductions out of the way and get this one started!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the light heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 31 - 20 - 1, fighting out of Las Vegas, Bull Mfer!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 25 - 12 - 0, fighting out of Amsterdam, Lenny Kowalski!
The judges for this bout are Ren Mimura, Yasuomi Hirokawa and Shigeki Fujiwara.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Mfer moves in looking to clinch but Kowalski pushes him off.
We've been informed that Kowalski has been sparring a lot of Muay Thai in the buildup to this fight so let's see if that has an impact on the result.
No joy there for Mfer, who threw a few shots but didn't land.
Mfer avoids a lazy jab quite easily.
Mfer misses with a half-hearted attempt at a head kick.
Mfer defending well as Kowalski loads up on a big left hand.
Kowalski throws a monster uppercut resembling something out of street fighter but it doesn't land.
It looked like Mfer was looking amped, ready to throw a big counter but didn't commit.
Mfer misses with a head kick.
Kowalski fakes high and swings low for a body shot but Mfer manages to avoid it.
Mfer looks to have improved his striking defense since last time we saw him fight.
Kowalski throws a body punch but Mfer moves out of range.
Kowalski pushes forward with a 1-2 combination that forces Mfer back to the cage. Kowalski follows up with a solid lead hook to the liver.

It looks like Bull Mfer has been cut.
Kowalski on the wrong end of a decent looking cross there.
Mfer misses with a half-hearted attempt at a head kick.
Kowalski lands a straight punch to the body, keeping Mfer at a distance.
Kowalski connects with a lovely right hand, straight down the pipe.
Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.
Kowalski tries a head kick but it misses.
The fighters circling - Mfer throws out the jab but it was never going to land.
And Kowalski responds with a good body kick, but Mfer manages to step out the way in time.
Kowalski is looking to land body kicks.

A jab lands there for Kowalski.
Kowalski keeping his hands up high there, blocking the jab from Mfer.
Kowalski keeps the fight on the outside.
Mfer darts in trying to clinch
letting Kowalski counter with a right hand.
Mfer looks to clinch
and Kowalski connects with a straight left hand counter down the middle.
A combination from Mfer does no damage.
Kowalski scores with a punch to the head.
Mfer lands a two punch combo.
Mfer tries to clinch up but Kowalski circles away and keeps his distance.
Kowalski connects with a body shot.

A thudding body kick lands there by Kowalski!
Mfer is breathing heavily.
Kowalski throws a lazy right hand but Mfer sees it coming a mile off and sidesteps it easily.

That's two minutes gone in the round.
Mfer takes a push kick to the midsection and stumbles backwards.
Kowalski lands a jab to the head.
Mfer moves out of range of the body kick.
Kowalski lands a head shot.
The fight stays on the outside here - Mfer looks like he's thinking about clinching though.
Kowalski misses with a body kick.
Mfer throws a left and a right that both miss
and Kowalski counters with a straight right hand.
Mfer walks into a straight right hand from Kowalski.

Mfer is rocked!

Kowalski feints and then winds up with a huge right hand that connects perfectly and sends Mfer sprawling to the canvas! Mfer rolls over backwards and springs off the cage and manages to regain his footing - how acrobatic! Oh, he's still wobbly - can Kowalski finish him?!
Oh Mfer is still all over the place! His legs are completely gone! Will he be able to recover?!!
A head kick misses from Mfer.
Mfer misses with a combination
and Kowalski counters with a huge left! Mfer is in big trouble! He's backing up but Kowalski isn't giving him chance to recover. Under a barage of punches the ref has to step in to save Mfer from any more damage. A dominating finish by Kowalski!

Ladies and gentlemen, after 2:50 of round 1, we have a winner by way of TKO (Strikes). Lenny Kowalski!
A very excited looking Lenny Kowalski made sure he remembered to thank all the fans both in the arena and on the internet. He said all the coolest people spend all day on MMA websites, which got a big reaction.
