Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the super heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 6 - 5 - 0, fighting out of Rio de Janeiro, Tiago Lima!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 8 - 5 - 0, fighting out of Montreal, Hanz Hammer!
The judges for this bout are Shigeki Sano, Shigeki Fujiwara and Taro Takaoka.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Hammer fails with a takedown attempt.
Horrible takedown attempt by Hammer or perhaps it was just good defense by Lima, which made it look bad.
Lima misses with the combination.
Hammer looks like he wants to counter punch here.
Hammer walks straight into an uppercut. Luckily it didn't land flush.

It looks like Hanz Hammer has been cut.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.
Hammer shoots in looking for a takedown. Lima tries to sprawl out of it but Hammer keeps driving through. The fighters are pinned against the cage. Lima manages to get underhooks and after a bit of a struggle, circles away and we're back to standing.
Tiago Lima has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Hanz Hammer.

That's one minute gone in the round.
Hammer tries to clinch up against the cage, rushing in to close the distance. Lima manages to break the clinch and circles back to the middle of the mat.
Lima scores with a jab. Hammer acknowledges it with a nod of the head.
Lima clobbers Hammer with an overhand right that has the crowd gasping. That made a horrendous noise.
Hammer throws a sloppy head kick
letting Lima counter with a right hand.
Lima looks to have improved his striking defense since last time we saw him fight.
Lima connects with a nice cross there... Hammer is looking wobbly and Lima recognises it - he's rushed in and lands two more brutal shots that send Hammer to the canvas, out cold! A brutal finish to the fight - Lima jumps onto the cage to celebrate with the crowd!

After winning the bout, Tiago Lima thanked all his fans and promised he'd do even better in his next fight. The crowd seemed to love his humility.
