Coming up we have a lightweight MMA rules bout between Doko Dokov (ranked 940 p4p, 3745 weight class) and Emre Hussain (ranked 131 p4p, 403 weight class). Doko Dokov has the better chin. Will he look to stand and bang today?

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the lightweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of 16 - 30 - 0, fighting out of Los Angeles, Doko Dokov! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of 36 - 35 - 0, fighting out of Helsinki, Emre Hussain! The judges for this bout are Patrick Alders, Albert Achterberg and Daniel Blasius.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Dokov forces Hussain back against the cage and clinches. Dokov changes levels and goes for a takedown here. Hussain fights it off and pushes away nicely.
Dokov circles away from the clinch attempt and Hussain takes a counter punch right on the button for his troubles.
It looks like Emre Hussain has been cut. Sloppy strikes from Dokov. Those never looked like landing. Hussain's coach down at 3Band MMA was telling us pre-fight that they have been working on Hussain's balance. Obviously they view that as a key factor in the outcome of this fight. Dokov takes the fight into the clinch. Dokov lands with a quick shot inside that doesn't really do much damage. Hussain is trying to break free. Hussain tries to break the clinch but Dokov is controlling the position. Dokov lands with a good tight uppercut to the head. Dokov scores with a nice hook to the head. Dokov stalling.
Dokov scores with a hook to the body. Hussain working hard to break the clinch. Hussain wants to get back to striking at distance but Dokov won't allow it.
Dokov misses with an elbow strike.
Dokov lands with a light punch inside.
That's one minute gone in the round. Hussain is trying to break the clinch but Dokov is controlling him. Hussain has had enough of the clinch and is looking to separate. Dokov manages to pull guard. Let's see whether he can land a sub off his back. Dokov will have to put a bit more behind his punches if he's going to do any damage from this position.
Dokov looking for a sweep. Not yet Dokov, not yet. The fighters are working up against the cage. Dokov manages to wriggle his way back to his feet, so the fighters are now clinched against the cage. Dokov keeps the fight in the clinch, despite Hussain's efforts to push away. Dokov lands with a right to the head. Dokov lands a body punch in the clinch. Hussain looks winded! Dokov lands a short shot on the inside that snaps the head of Hussain backwards. Dokov lands a shoulder strike. Hussain breaks the clinch.
Dokov shoots in for a takedown! He's got it and he's managed to land in side control! That's better than Dokov was expecting from the takedown attempt, I'm sure! The crowd are loving this. Great action here. Dokov scores with a couple of nice shots to the head there. The referee takes a look at Hussain to see if he's OK.
Hussain is rocked! The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Dokov in side control, just content to control the action for now. Hussain is still in real trouble! Can Dokov finish him? Dokov stands up. Dokov has been talking about how he's improved his wrestling in the run up to the fight so let's see if that's enough to sway the balance. Dokov gets a big slam - oh, Hussain is out! Hussain is out! That's a nasty KO!
