Coming up we have a lightweight MMA rules bout between Osazi Okon (ranked 5318 p4p, 5874 weight class) and Levi Badney (ranked 509 p4p, 532 weight class). Levi Badney is the more experienced fighter, so let's see if that makes a difference tonight.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the lightweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of 0 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, Osazi Okon! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of 1 - 1 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, Levi Badney! The judges for this bout are Roosa Järviläinen, Arvi Lind and Anni Minnemäki.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Okon feints and then winds up with a huge right hand that connects perfectly and sends Badney sprawling to the canvas! Badney rolls over backwards and springs off the cage and manages to regain his footing - how acrobatic! Oh, he's still wobbly - can Okon finish him?!
It looks like Levi Badney has been cut. Badney looks to land a left hand but Okon moved out of range nicely. Badney uses some good footwork to avoid the body shot by Okon.
Badney pushing out the jab but it's not landing. Okon keeping a good distance there, avoiding the body shot.
Okon is trying to close the distance and clinch up, after that failed offence from Badney. Okon lands a powerful looking uppercut that connected with his opponent's jaw. This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff! Badney misses with a hook. Okon ducked under it nicely. Badney fakes low and throws an overhand right that catches Okon on the side of the head. Badney moves out of range of the strikes. Okon throws a looping overhand right but Badney ducks down to avoid it. Okon throws a hook to the side of Badney's head but Badney sees it coming and ducks under it beautifully. Badney bobs and weaves well there to avoid the strikes. Badney misses the jab. Badney swings wildly with a right hand that was never going to find it's target. Okon tries to land with a swinging hook to the body but Badney was well out of range. Poor timing from Okon. Okon waving his hands out in front of him, looking to distract Badney. Badney throws a low kick but Okon avoids it. A telegraphed right hand from Badney misses the target. Okon wants to take advantage of his opponent's missed offense by moving into the clinch. Okon is the aggressor but that punch slipped nicely by Badney. Badney misses with a looping right. Okon misses with an uppercut. Badney saw that one coming. Okon walks into a left hand.
That's one minute gone in the round. Badney displays some good footwork, moving neatly out of range as Okon throws out the jab. Okon connects with a good right hand that stumbles Badney. Badney circles away out of range and recomposes himself. Okon throws a jab when Badney was well out of range. Okon throws a jab to the body, straight down the pipe. Boom. That sent Badney stumbling backwards but he manages to regain his composure quickly. A big right from Badney misses. Badney loads up on a big right hand but Okon slips the punch. Okon takes an uppercut right on the jaw but it doesn't phase him. The crowd cheers as Badney lands an impressive looking overhand right. Okon doesn't seem phased though. Okon throws a shot from downtown. Badney moves away and avoids it. Badney thows a left - swing and a miss! Badney connects with a nice looking jab.
Okon avoids a lazy jab quite easily. Okon displays some good footwork, moving neatly out of range as Badney throws out the jab. Okon jabs Badney to the body, keeping him at a distance. Levi Badney seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout. Wooooo! Give it up for these two warriors! They are putting on a show! Badney bobs and weaves and unloads with a good uppercut. Okon lands with a hook. Badney tried to avoid it but it clipped the top of his head. Okon throws a hook to the side of Badney's head but Badney sees it coming and ducks under it beautifully. Badney loads up on a big right hand but Okon slips the punch. Okon drops Badney with a hook right on the temple. He thinks about going to the ground but Badney looks back up at him and smiles so Okon waves him back to his feet - he obviously thinks he can knock him out after that shot landed.
Badney is rocked!
That's two minutes gone in the round. Badney misses with a straight right. Badney is still on wobbly legs! Can Okon finish him? Okon cracks Badney with a big right hand that sends him to the floor! Badney looks wobbly but he's sprung back up to his feet straight away… can Okon finish him?
A swing and a miss from Badney. Okon is looking to counter the offense by Badney and move into the clinch. A looping hook to the body misses from Okon. Badney does a little dance to reset his feet. A countering left hand to the body from Badney misses. Okon feints and then winds up with a huge right hand that connects perfectly and sends Badney sprawling to the canvas! Badney rolls over backwards and springs off the cage and manages to regain his footing - how acrobatic! Oh, he's still wobbly - can Okon finish him?!
Okon lands a brutal uppercut that launches Badney off his feet! Badney tumbles to the floor, barely conscious - the referee jumps in to save him from a beating! Wow, what an ending!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 2:24 of round 1, we have a winner by way of KO (Punch). Osazi Okon! A very excited looking Osazi Okon made sure he remembered to thank all the fans both in the arena and on the internet. He said all the coolest people spend all day on MMA websites, which got a big reaction.
