Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the lightweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 2 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Amsterdam, Yaroslav Amosov!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 3 - 1 - 0, fighting out of Montreal, Barry Bass!
The judges for this bout are Alec Ball, William Peck and Robert Douchet.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Amosov cracks Bass with a good jab.
Bass moves forwards but Amosov connects with a nice, crisp jab.
It looks like Barry Bass has been cut.
Nice body punch from Amosov.
Bass takes a jab on the nose there. A little bit of blood seems to be coming out. Hopefully that won't affect his breathing.
Amosov lands with a good body shot.
Bass takes a solid shot to the body. That one hurt him but he's trying not to show it.
Bass on the wrong end of an overhand right that came out of nowhere.
Amosov throws a pinpoint strike between Bass's hands that connects right on the jaw and sends Bass crashing to the floor! He's out before he even hits the mat and Amosov scores a great knockout victory!
