Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the welterweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 0 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Hilo, Jim Rhat!
The judges for this bout are Anni Minnemäki, Tarja Halkonen and Matti Vanhoillinen.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Ayres comes forward and lands a shot to the body, then darts back out of range.
Ayres throws the overhand right but ducks down into a quick takedown attempt. Rhat was covering up waiting for the punch and Ayres finishes the takedown easily into guard.
Ayres throws a big right hand that misses.
Rhat wants to sweep but no luck.
Rhat looking for submissions from the bottom here. Moving his hips around, possibly looking for an armbar.
Rhat looking for a sweep. Not yet Rhat, not yet.
Rhat escapes his hips to the side and looks to be working for an armbar. Ayres gives him a little smile and shakes his head. No chance.
Ayres wants to control from the top but Rhat keeps moving.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.
There's a bit of a scramble here and now Rhat is on top in guard.
That's one minute gone in the round.
Ayres looking to sweep here. No luck so far.
Rhat passes into half guard.
Rhat maintaining the dominant position here and is working for a kimura. He's locked it up! Ayres could be in real trouble here! He's trying to wriggle out but Rhat has cracked it and Ayres is screaming in pain - he's tapped out! Great finish by Rhat!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 1:32 of round 1, we have a winner by way of Submission (Kimura). Jim Rhat!
Jim Rhat tried to hype himself up post fight but didn't word it too well and it ended up with him sounding like a bit of a tool.
