Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Ali Dixon (ranked 1144 p4p, 2763 weight class) and Lion Tiger (ranked 155 p4p, 352 weight class). Tiger is bobbing his head along to his entrance song: Alok - Hear Me Tonight. Both fighters look pumped up here. Let's hope this is a good fight!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the light heavyweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of 10 - 4 - 0, fighting out of Montreal, Ali Dixon! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of 12 - 8 - 0, fighting out of Rio de Janeiro, Lion Tiger! The judges for this bout are Yves DeLean, Elvis Blanc and Robert Douchet.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Dixon misses with a lunging right hand
and Tiger counters with a straight right hand. Dixon connects with a nice looking jab.
Dixon swings away but doesn't land with a series of punches.
Tiger takes a swing at Dixon's ribcage but misses. Dixon is looking to take this fight into the clinch. Tiger moves away from the strike by Dixon. Tiger just misses with a punch to the body.
Dixon drops his hands momentarily and Tiger takes advantage with a crisp shot to the head. We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up. Dixon lands a jab to Tiger's midsection. Dixon misses the jab. Tiger takes a hook to the side of the head. I wonder if that's got his ears ringing.
Dixon misses with a looping left. Tiger now looks to counter with a shot at the body.

We've been told by Dixon's head coaches at Cozad MMA Montreal that he's been working on his takedown defense in preparation for this fight. Dixon misses with a body shot. Nice footwork from Tiger.
Dixon dips down and scores with a jab to the body. Dixon takes one on the button. Dixon changes levels and scores with a jab to the body. Dixon tries to clinch up against the cage, rushing in to close the distance. Tiger manages to break the clinch and circles back to the middle of the mat. Dixon pushing out the jab but it's not landing. Tiger appears to be waiting to throw a counter punch to the body. Tiger looks to land a right hand but Dixon moved out of range. Boom, another hit is landed. "You're gunna get knocked out" taunts Dixon, as that shot connected.

Dixon takes a jab right on the nose. That must have hurt but he shrugs his shoulders and looks to return the favor. The crowd cheering loudly, showing their appreciation for the quality fight we're seeing here. Dixon throws a hook but Tiger blocks it. Dixon misses with the combination.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Dixon throws a right and a left that Tiger avoids nicely. Tiger swings wildly with a right hand that was never going to find it's target. Dixon throws a hook to the side of Tiger's head but Tiger sees it coming and ducks under it beautifully. Dixon fakes and then throws a beautiful body shot. Tiger looks a bit winded and takes a step backwards to take a breath. Tiger swings wildly with a hook that is half blocked by Dixon. A big left from Dixon misses. Tiger throws out a counter right but Dixon avoids it with no problem. Tiger circles away from the clinch attempt and Tiger counters with a stiff right hand. Tiger swings for the body but Dixon moves out of range.
Tiger has used his reach advantage pretty well so far tonight. Tiger has his hands up protecting his head but a hook from Dixon finds it's way round the side to connect with Tiger's head.

Dixon cracks Tiger with a nice right hand that draws applause from the crowd. Dixon misses with a body shot. Nice footwork from Tiger.

Dixon tests Tiger's chin there with a solid looking shot. Dixon misses with an uppercut. Tiger keeping a good distance there, avoiding the body shot.

Donk. Dixon catches Tiger right on the button with a cross. Dixon throws a nice looking combination but Tiger bobs and weaves to avoid any damage. Dixon throws a poor cross that misses
and Tiger counters with a left to the body. Dixon scores with a hook. Dixon throws a series of punches but Tiger moves out of range. And that is the end of the round. The fighters go back to their corners.
Ali Dixon dominated that round. The referee calls time. The cornermen exit stage left and we're back to business. Dixon throws a sloppy body shot
and Tiger counters with a nice uppercut.
It looks like Ali Dixon has been cut. Tiger throws a wild combination but nothing lands. Dixon throws a big counter combination but Tiger scrambles out of danger and avoids any damage. Tiger circles away from the clinch attempt and Tiger connects with a straight left hand counter down the middle. Dixon tries to clinch but fails miserably and Tiger counters with a lovely straight right hand! Tiger fakes high and swings low for a body shot but Dixon manages to avoid it. Tiger takes a body punch but keeps moving. Dixon steps to the side to avoid the strikes from Tiger. It looked like Dixon was trying to counter with a body shot coming off that last attack from Tiger. Tiger doesn't react quick enough there as he takes a shot to the body. The crowd cheering loudly, showing their appreciation for the quality fight we're seeing here. Tiger throws a looping overhand right but Dixon ducks down to avoid it. Dixon rushes forward with a series of wild hooks but Tiger moves out of range and avoids them all easily. Tiger swats away the attempt to clinch by Dixon. A looping hook to the body misses from Tiger. Dixon does a little dance to reset his feet. Dixon tries to close the distance and clinch but Tiger swats him to one side with an open hand palm strike and circles away. Tiger is clearly trying to counter these attacks from Dixon with a body shot. Dixon throws a jab, cross combination which is slipped
enabling Tiger to counter with a crisp jab. Tiger jabbing away but nothing is landing. Dixon was looking to counter that move with a punch but didn't quite pull the trigger. And that is the end of the round. The fighters go back to their corners.
That was a close second round but I would say that Ali Dixon will probably get the nod. The cut man is working on Ali Dixon's cut. The fighters' corners scream their final instructions, as the referee calls time. Here we go, back to the action! And we move into the final round! Tiger throws a jab but it's blocked by Dixon. Dixon slips a jab and a cross from Tiger.

and Tiger counters with a nice right hand that sends Dixon toppling to the canvas! Dixon scrambles and gets back to his feet - can Tiger finish him?! Oh Dixon is still all over the place! His legs are completely gone! Will he be able to recover?!! This has been an exciting period of action! Tiger keeps the fight on the outside. Tiger rushes forward with a series of wild hooks but Dixon moves out of range and avoids them all easily. Dixon seems to have got his legs back now. Dixon moves to clinch but Tiger breaks away and Tiger cracks him with a counter punch right on the button. Dixon lands a body shot.

Dixon misses the shot to the body. Tiger lands a left and a right that send Dixon crashing to the mat, dazed. Tiger thinks about following him to the mat but decides to wave him back up to his feet! Tiger lands with a massive overhand right! Stick a fork in Dixon - he's out cold! Ermm... I think I just mixed my metaphors but yeah... That was a nice KO! Big win for Tiger!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 2:56 of round 3, we have a winner by way of KO (Punch). Lion Tiger! An out of breath Lion Tiger thanked his loyal fans in his post fight interview, giving them credit for his success over the course of his career.
