Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the light heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 1 - 3 - 0, fighting out of St Petersburg, Boom Bong!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 0 - 2 - 0, fighting out of London, Chaikka Chai!
The judges for this bout are Timothy Bukovac, Don Winkell and Frank Antenori.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Bong with a poor takedown
and Chai counters with a lovely shot to the body.
Chai keeps the fight on the outside.
Bong gets his takedown attempt stuffed easily
and Chai counters with a stiff right hand.
It looks like Boom Bong has been cut.
Bong closes the distance looking to clinch
and Chai counters with an inside leg kick.
Bong fails with the takedown
enabling Chai to counter with a crisp jab.
That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Boom Bong. That's going to take a lot out of him.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.

and Chai counters with a nice right hand that sends Bong toppling to the canvas! Bong scrambles and gets back to his feet - can Chai finish him?!
