Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 1 - 1 - 0, fighting out of London, Bigi Boi Chai!

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Chai defends well against a solid takedown attempt from Gillespie.
Nice uppercut lands for Chai. That snapped Gillespie's head back.

It looks like Mark Gillespie has been cut.

Gillespie wants to clinch up but Chai keeps it at a distance.

We could do with one of the fighters taking the initiative a bit more on the ground - they're both waiting to capitalize on a mistake.

A few boos can be heard. I'm sure they will multiply if the fighters don't pick up the pace.
Gillespie postures up in Chai's guard and throws a big left but Chai blocks it.

The referee has decided to stand the fighters back up, so we'll restart on the feet.
Chai closes the distance and takes a jab right on the nose as he does so.
The crowd thankful this round is nearly over.

and Chai connects with a straight left hand counter down the middle.
Gillespie wants to clinch up but Chai keeps it at a distance.
And that is the end of the round. The fighters go back to their corners.

That was a close round but I would say that Mark Gillespie will probably get the nod.

The corners get their ten second warning. Both fighters stand from their stools and stare each other down, ready to get back to the action.
